It is not the easiest rack to assemble - and not the one you would want to put on/take off regularly, but it works well on my 2011 E90. The wind noise is minimal and it feels very sturdy. There is width adjustment so, I guess, it should work on F30 as well. The only thing I don’t like is rubber covers at the base, they may not last long.
