these are gummies, so no annoying pills to swallow, which is a plus. while the flavor's not awful, I'm not in love with it either. a health-centric friend of mine who's also a nurse practitioner/RN highly recommended these mushroom supplements for their ability to improve memory/cognitive abilities, and mine seem to have taken a sudden nose-dive since the start of the pandemic. It doesn’t really dissolve in liquid, so you’ll need to periodically stir your cup while drinking, to prevent a pile of sediment at the bottom. Good in smoothies, ok in coffee. Has a malty flavor, but not unpleasant. This product has made a noticeable difference for both my wife and I. We were both experiencing brain fog before taking, and that has disappeared.
