So far so good it is very well made I use it for home use. I do have only one problem with it. The handles are up to high and the lids do not fit properly.with the handles on. I don’t have the hand strength to take the handles off and on. That is my only complaint so far. I love the fact that it has a timer so when I frying something and I am busy doing something else it is on a timer. I also love the valves for draining. I really haven’t had a chance to use it really just fried a batch of fresh cut fries.

This is by far the best deep fryer that I have ever owned. It heats up fast and maintains the temperature while frying. It has 2 large capacity fry baskets, for single basket use or double basket use. Easy to set up and clean up. My best experience has been the SUPERIOR Customer Service. If you have an issue, contact them and they will respond within one day, however from my experience they responded the same day. Address any complaints that you may have and they will resolve them immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was excited to see if this was better than my previous fryer which I still use. I ordered the single fryer and was happy to see it was bigger HOWEVER, the basket is extremely small and there’s a lot of space around the basket as a result. For my first fry I was only able to put 3 thighs in the basket so I fried it without the basket and it worked very well. Only issue again is the size of the basket. The temperature was good. The stainless steel is a bit flimsy so keep that in mind. I recommend this product especially if you like to fry.

Can’t beet the price this is for small orders only this is not the big commercial baskets. We use it for up to three FF orders we do chicken wings breaded stuf fish fries in a very small CAFE’ in our store this is the second purchase one element went out after 18 months of very day 10 hrs a day use

I was excited to order and get this item - It arrived quicky. I unpacked it and was immediately concerned. The metal was extremely thin and flimsy. It was poorly packed and when I finally put it together (no instructions) - it felt really cheap. I filled with oil, the unit turned on and did heat up - the power light was on - the temp light was on - when it came to temperature, I put in my french fries. The unit made some popping noises and it cooled....I used my temp probe to check the temperature. Was set for 350 to make french fries. It was only 200deg. It kept popping, and not heating back up. I unplugged it and let it fully cool. I plugged it back in and the power light went on - but it would not heat up the oil - kept making popping noises. I unplugged it and requested a refund. I am actually relieved that I won't be using this unit - I am concerned that it is not a safe unit...fire hazard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT OR THE OIL NEEDED TO FILL IT.
