This is a really nice weight bench and is perfect for my home gym. It’s even better than the more expensive bench I used to have. It was extremely easy to put together. I watched the video on the listing page and it walked me through putting it together without even opening up the manual. Took me about 10 minutes to get it all assembled. The stitching is done well and the vinyl is nice with good cushioning. The box was badly damaged and was completely open upon delivery and the UPS driver didn’t even seem to care. I still accepted the delivery and was nervous thinking it was going to be a mess of damage inside, but thankfully there was absolutely no damage whatsoever. Seems very sturdy and time will tell if this bench holds up in the long-term, but for now I’m extremely happy with it. Glad I made this purchase.

In full disclosure, I am returning this product for something different. When assembling it the Safety Bolt (part F in the manual) was never secure in the bench. Because of this, the bench folds up too easily and will not stay level or safely fixed in any position. I am not sure if I ended up with a defective model or what because there seem to be plenty of other reviews (even some with pictures) of satisfied customers. I’m giving 1 star because there is no video tutorial or website I can find beyond the demo video in the listing for how to use. I can’t tell if mine wasn’t made correctly or how else I’m supposed to put this together correctly so that it is safe.

The bench itself is very nice and easy to put together. Should take no more than 20-25minutes at max. The bench foam is thick but I do think it’s meant for someone who is a little taller. I’m 5’3) and I’m on tippy toes for incline. Flat is perfect. The only thing is packaging. Maybe one more layer of foam or plastic. Box came with a giant hole and I had a little scratch on the bottom bar but no big deal. Seems solid and a good deal so far just that.

Rarely do I write reviews but if your looking for a bench that is solid, wide, long and folds to be out of the way when your finished then buy this bench. The build quality is great. The pins and ease of adjustability is amazing. Need a bench, stop looking and buy this one.
