I'm not sure if it's the seller's fault or Amazon Fulfillment, but I ordered this and only received the lid to this dutch oven. I have other cast iron implements by Old Mountain that are great quality.

I bought 8-Quart Dutch oven from MYHABIT (owned by Amazon) few years ago. I used it 1st time two days ago. After I cooked it, I found a crack when I was washing it. It was not cracked when I was cooking; otherwise, the soup would be leaking outside. I tried to look the manual to see if there was a customer service number that I could call. No phone number and no email address and not even a website could be found. Since it was purchased few years ago, I could not claim from MYHABIT neither.
