I am very happy with my purchase. I have a dog that can get into all sorts of trash cans when I'm out of the house, even ones with locking lids. This was my hopeful solution to that and it's worked out remarkably well. It fits perfectly under my existing counter space in my kitchen (I rent), and the tilt out feature is nice because it doesn't hit against the underside of the counter. The build quality is pretty good; it's not heirloom furniture, but it's not wobbly or cheap feeling/looking and looks nice in my kitchen. The assembly instructions are very thorough, well-marked, and easy to follow. It *does* take a while to assemble and can be a bit tedious - it's well worth it though.

We needed a better place for the trash in our fifth wheel, and this cabinet turned out to be one of the best upgrades we’ve made. It fits perfectly at the end of our island and also gives us a great spot for the coffee pot. We love that it serves more than one purpose, looks great, and helps keep the space organized. Assembly wasn’t too bad either!

This looks like a really nice piece of furniture in person. It really makes my space look much more clean and tidy. I am very happy with the way it looks and functions. The only downside is that it was more complicated to put together than I would have liked. It comes in LOTS of pieces. I put part of it together with my 11 year old son. Then we gave up and had to let dad finish it. He is a well trained auto technician and I figured he would throw it together in a few minutes but it seems like it took him at least an hour or longer. Much longer than I had expected. But the finished result is beautiful 😍

I got this for my home office. It is a good size and looks nice. It doesn't immediately standout as hiding a trash can. It seems sturdy. It's exactly what you would expect from inexpensive mass-produced furniture made in China that ships in a box and requires assembly. I took off one star because of the assembly. While the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they even provided extra screws in each bag (which I appreciate), this took almost 2 hours to build. There are 23 steps to assemble, 18 parts, and 23 different individually sealed bags of hardware pieces to open (some as many as 22 pieces). It was tedious to build. But I will say it assembled well -- all the holes were drilled and everything is marked. Just time consuming.

We love this. Such a nice alternative to having anything else in plain sight (other garbage receptacles). It's very sturdy and fits in perfectly with our decor. Wish we would have thought about purchasing this sooner but so glad we did, we use it multiple times throughout each day and it looks brand new.

I am very, very happy with this trashcan to say the least. We have dogs that will get into the trash if they are given the opportunity so this trashcan gives us peace of mind to not have to worry about that. dog protection equals A+!! It is very easy to assemble, and it even has the option to deodorize it once opening the compartment. It fits a 10 gallon trashcan, I have had it for years, and still use it with no problems. Yes it is a little pricey for a trashcan, but it is well worth the quality and definitely holds the value for money. It is very good stability wise and easy to open. Lid closure makes it easy and it looks nice and polished. it is very easy to clean, I personally suggest using a wood cleaner like pledge to maintain keeping it looking nice. I got this in DARK BROWN.

I recently purchased the OLD CAPTAIN Wooden Tilt Out Trash Cabinet for my kitchen, and I am thoroughly impressed with this product. It's not just a trash can cabinet; it's a piece of furniture that enhances the overall look of my kitchen. The design of this trash cabinet is both elegant and practical. The brown finish on the wood gives it a classic, timeless look that blends seamlessly with the rest of my kitchen furniture. The wooden construction feels fairly sturdy and durable. One of the standout features of this trash cabinet is the tilt-out design. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes disposing of trash so much more convenient. The tilt-out mechanism is smooth and easy to operate, and it neatly hides the trash can inside, keeping my kitchen looking tidy and odor-free. The capacity of this trash cabinet is another plus. It easily accommodates standard-sized garbage bags, which is great for reducing the frequency of taking out the trash. Additionally, the top surface provides extra space for storage or decoration, which is a nice touch. Assembly took some time but was straightforward and hassle-free. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary hardware was included. I was able to put it together alone without any issues. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the OLD CAPTAIN Wooden Tilt Out Trash Cabinet. It is a perfect combination of style, functionality, and quality. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to elevate their kitchen's look while adding a practical solution for waste management.

You got three hours of free time and love putting things together. Do you like having 21 steps to putting your project together. Do you like regretting your decision. Do you like spending a beautiful sunny day in the house putting together a trash bin? Maybe you like cluttering up your room for the next three or four hours putting together a jigsaw puzzle. Well, if you like all those things this is the product for you. How much is 3 hours of your time worth? Maybe it’s worth an extra 20 or 30 dollars for a different one. Believe me you will have wished you were not enticed by the “30 percent off”. Saying to your self I will get that one because on sale, heck it was 100 plus dollars. Well add the 3 to 4 hours of your time to that price. By the time you realize you should box this back up and ship it back to Amazon you realize a few things. The box was difficult to open and you now question if you could put it back in the box, then you look at all the stuff that was in the box and you wonder if you could actually put it back in the box, and if you actually started putting it together you are wondering if you could take it back apart. I say all this to say, do not buy this product, the people who gave it high rankings, maybe, just maybe they want you to suffer as they did. Always, always start with the lowest reviews to get a good read on the product, it was late and I didn’t do it.
