This coop door is fairly easy to install. It opens and closes as it should, and so far, it's holding up well. I do have it slightly under cover from the elements, so I can't provide an opinion on how weather-resistant it is. Overall, if I needed another coop door that opened from the top, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again. ... show more

    • Still a manual door. Doesn't work
Not sure weather I like it or not. Seems like every other night the door only closes ½ way. Update *** DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This either doesn't close all the way at night or open all the way in the morning. Depends on it's mood. It also needs assistance opening from time to time, even with sun on the panel. If your looking for an automated door to make things easier, this is NOT your door. You're still going to be doing the opening and closing. Just for at an extra cost. ... show more
