Has high air output, super quiet! Looks amazing! We purchased tin panels to drop in bottom to diffuse the direct light. We are buying another. Difficulty with putting together. Was missing hardware- screws for fan blades.

    • Difficult installation. Quiet fan.

The installation on this was much more difficult than normal, primarily because of the remote control box having to be wedged in there. That and when you try and install the pin in the downtube, the wiring is exactly in the way. Past that, it's pretty great. The unit does remember the lighting being on or off when you use the wall switch. The fan does not remember it's settings. The fan will default back to forward, and off when you power the fan off with the switch and then back on. This has 5 sockets for bulbs. 2 watt LED bulbs are a little dim for a dining area. You might consider 4watt (40 incandescent) bulbs, or a mix. The fan is really quiet on the 1 setting. and it moves a lot of air. If you are pretty handy, install is OK. If you are a novice with tools, this one might be a little tougher for you. ... show more

    • Wiring is BAD! No remote or receiver either!

Bought this for a house rehab project. When we were finally able to move on to installing lighting / ceiling fans, we found that the wiring that should come out of the top of the fan to connect with the ceiling box wires, was coming out of the wrong end- it was coming out where the light kit attachment goes, which had quick connects (and the quick connects were at the top where the ceiling box wires are)!! Can’t change the wiring… it’s useless! In addition to that BIG, GINORMOUS ISSUE… there was NO remote control or remote receiver in the box! So even IF the wiring were correct, we still had no way to even use the fan or light! Of course it’s been more than 30 days from the time I purchased this, till we were finally able to install it… so now I’m out $136 and have to order a new ceiling fan… and not from AMAZON! Buyer BEWARE…. Open the box and check everything immediately- especially if you won’t be installing it till after the 30 day return window! ZERO STARS! Pics to come! ... show more

We don't usually buy things like this online, typically in store in case of issues, but couldn't resist this one amd it checked all the boxes! Just had our deck covered (finally) and needed a ceiling fan for the 100°+ weather. The fan is beautiful, easy to install (according to the guys installing the cover) and works great. Bonus points for the fact that is completely silent! The remote is not just a turn on & off, has like 12 buttons for light, fan, fan speeds, & timer buttons. Very happy 😊 ... show more
