I am so so happy about this fan I really am. I have wanted a nice fan in my roof for so long instead of just a light and I finally got this. Now I had someone else install it for me and take out the light and put this in so I can't say anything about how easy it is to install it but it seemed he got it done fairly quickly. I am so happy with the amount of sit it pushes and how quiet it is too! I don't think I have ever had a new fan and everyone I've had has been pretty old so to have a nice modern fan like this is amazing and works honestly an astonishing amount better. The light is also very good but I have other light sources I'll probably be using but it is very bright and the dimmable settings are nice on the remote. I'm so happy to finally have this up in my room!

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a larger ceiling fan for our living room and saw this one. Here's what I like: - Overall, this fan will move some air and is pretty quiet while doing so. - There are 6 speeds CW and CCW to cover "winter" or "summer" modes respectively. - There are 6 brightness settings available for the lights, and temperature adjustments from warm "yellow" to ice cold "blue". At the higher settings, the lights are very bright. - While assembly is pretty straightforward although I would change the assembly sequence a bit - more on that in my comments below. A hook is provided to hang the motor unit while hooking up the wiring. This negates the need to for a second person to hold the unit while wiring. Overall, it took a couple hours before I called it done. - The remote comes with a holster. - The fan blades have to sides available, depending on whether you'd like a solid color or some contrast in the blades. I chose a bit of contrast. To change over would likely take around 20 to 30 minutes. - Once complete, I think the fan is stylish and adds to the decor of the room. - A balancing weight is provided should there be some wobble during operation, along with instructions on how to position it if needed. My unit didn't wobble at all. There was no mechanical noise other than the rush of air at the higher speeds. - There is a timer function available through the remote allowing up to 6 hours of timed operation in 1-hour increments. - And extra mounting screw for a fan blade and fan blade arm is provided should one "run off". Some comments... - As noted above, I would assemble the unit in a different sequence than describe in the manual. I would assemble the motor unit sans lights, wire it up and mount to the ceiling baseplate. I would then attach each fan blade to an arm, and then while the unit is mounted above, attach each fan blade assembly to the motor unit. Once the fan blades are attached, then install the lighting assembly. This allows you to wire up and mount the motor assembly without fighting the fan blades. - While there is a hook to hang the motor assembly while attaching the wiring, there isn't a lanyard. Because of this, the space to wire up the controller and power is constricted. A 4- or 5-inch lanyard would've made this much easier. You can use a zip tie as a temporary lanyard if you need to, then cut it away when ready to mount the unit to the baseplate. - The remote differs from others in that you can't turn the unit on to a specific fan speed. It will always come up in the last configuration. This is a bit of a nit-pick, but I prefer the other way. - You'll need to provide your own AAA batteries for the remote. I really like this fan. It's really quiet but powerful. The remote took some getting used to but is functional.

This fan is functional and fancy! There are so many different options for lighting, speed, and it's all controlled by a remote. I love the dimmable feature and that the lighting source is LED, which will last a very, very long time! The fan was easy to assemble and install and it compliments the decor in our bedroom perfectly. It's super nice and sort of modern looking, but also classic enough to go with pretty much any eclectic decor.

This ceiling fan is very big and it’s blades are longer than most ceiling fans. The assembly of this fan didn’t take very long, as the directions were detailed and easy to read. I had a bit of time hardwiring it though, but once it was actually installed in the ceiling and mounted, it actually was very impressive to see how much air is put off from this big fan. The fan is nice and adds a lot of modern touch to my home. To say I’m pleased at the overall quality of this fan is an understatement.
