This label printer is a great find for anyone starting out. I started selling stuff on Ebay, so this came in handy. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. I had a problem printing the labels at first, but after doing some research, it was Ebay's fault. The labels kept coming out so small. You have to go on Ebay seller settings and choose the 4x6 setting to print. After that, they come out perfect every time! ... show more

I bought this printer because it was cheap Ms the reviews seemed like everyone enjoyed it. I bet they DID for a few days! The printer worked perfectly fine and was printing all types of labels. I didn’t use it for a couple days and all of a sudden it’s no longer connecting to my computer. Like my Chromebook wasn’t detecting it AT ALL. So I thought it was my laptops usb port but I tried another device and it was detected. This company cleary allows for the device to work at first and then all of a sudden it doesn’t. NONE of their suggestions worked and it’s just a waste of time. Some people have said they didn’t receive their refund and they better hope I get my refund after returning this horrible item. ... show more

This item works. It's easy to find and install the driver, and I've printed a few labels without any issues thus far. Pros: - cheap - works without issue - comes with labels Cons: - uses USB-A - proprietary power supply - usb cable is kinda short I really wish this used usb-c for data--or even micro-usb. I also wish the cable was 6ft long. The cable really isn't long enough to route it from my computer on the desk to the top of the desk when trying to route it through the back of the desk. It has to dangle off the front which looks terrible. I may plan on getting a Wi-Fi model. This setup kinda looks like an eyesore, and I don't like the properitary power supply. ... show more

As a seller, this is very useful. I do wish I was able to print the labels from my phone as well. It's easy to use, and prints in seconds. I have had issues with the words not being printed all the way, but I usually just print another label and it's fine.

The device holds a lot of promise, and fails to deliver on most of them. The printer does recognize label perforations, but that's about it. It does not differentiate to the driver any distinction between label sizes, so you're going to have to work out in mm the size of the page and the offsets. As for the drivers themselves, I tried using this with a Mac and Chromebook. With the Chromebook, the printer would only sometimes respond to a new page command, other times it would not react at all. While there's an option to get logs, the logs were 4 bytes long and effectively useless. Complicating matters is that since the printer doesn't clearly communicate it's sizes, getting Google Docs to recognize it is also a challenge. (Not that it matters, since the printer fails to print.) On the mac, after several installation attempts, i was able to sort of get it to print something, but it only worked once and then I was back to being unable to print. I'll also note that the printer loves to spit out empty labels. Also, the manual is a bit odd. The thermal element is on the top part of the printer, so the label medium needs to be facing up. I'm sure if I spent a few days fiddling with things I could probably get this to do a passable job, but I'm horrified by what sort of instruction tome I'd need to offer family members who want to use it. ... show more
