Granted, I've set a low bar for quality cookware, but these are impressive. They not only look really good, their no-stick surface is the best I've owned. I did have a fried egg stick a tiny bit to it, but the only oil I had was from the bacon I had cooked and drained the grease from, and even then, a little prodding with a spatula moved it around without a problem. Anyone complaining about food sticking probably used a spray oil and ruined the material.

This is a gorgeous, top of the line cookware set! It is so well made and so fancy, I feel like it needs to cost at least double than what its going for. I chose the Cool Grey set with the beautiful dark blue ceramic coating, and let me tell you, this set makes me feel like I'm a Michelin star chef, even though I certainly cannot cook like one! This cookware set comes with 9 pieces, 3 pots, a frying pan, a saucepan, and their corresponding lids. I was skeptical of their non-stick coating, but I seriously did not have to use any oil to cook my eggs with! It felt like some sort of sorcery...you always see eggs slide off of pans in the infomercials, but it rarely happens in real life on non-stick pans and using no oil, but here we are. These pans take quickly to the heat and it does feel like the heat distribution is very even. Usually the center of then pan is really hot and the edges not so much, which causes a lot of uneven cooking, but the frying pan is solid. It cooked my chicken evenly, as well as my hamburger patties. I definitely recommend using silicone or wooden cooking utensils on any sort of non-stick coated pots and pans because scratching them and chipping the coating is inevitable when using steel utensils. These pots and pans were very easy to clean up afterwards, there didn't seem to be much cooked-on residue that stayed on them, and they washed very easily. Always wait until your pots and pans cool down though, before washing them, because cooler water on hot metal pans will cause them to warp over time. This is a stellar set of cookware! They are worth the price and then some, honestly! I say you should replace your old and worn out cookware with this set if you can, or buy this as a lovely wedding or housewarming gift. They'll think you spent a fortune and be none the wiser, that's how beautiful this cookware looks, and how well they perform! 5 stars all around!

The Nuwave 9pc Cookware Set exceeded my expectations, standing out in terms of sturdiness, craftsmanship, and overall quality. Upon unboxing, the pans immediately showcased superior construction compared to my previous set from another brand that I got from Costco. A large part of what drew me to this pan set when I was looking to replace my aging set was the Duralon Blue all-natural ceramic coating since it is devoid of harmful chemicals like PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. I found this commitment to safety, coupled with the thorough third-party testing done by TÜV Rheinland impressive, highlighting Nuwave's dedication to providing a healthy cooking environment and cookware set. When it comes to testing nonstick prowess, I always turn to scrambled eggs. After seasoning the pans with a bit of oil, these pans aced the test. Fluffy, light eggs with zero sticking or burning, even without additional oil or butter. They've proven themselves with various foods and meals, demonstrating versatility in the kitchen. However, a quick note on heat conduction—these pans distribute heat efficiently. When cooking anything, especially eggs, I recommend turning the heat down once the pan is preheated to avoid any unwanted browning. Additionally, it is unnecessary to preheat these pans at a high temperature, in fact the manufacturers manual says that preheating of the pan should not exceed 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Surprisingly, while the base conducts heat effectively, the handles remain cool despite being metal and lacking additional covering. It's a thoughtful touch that enhances the overall cooking experience. One thing to keep in mind is the size of the frying pan that comes with this set—it's ideal for omelets or a single toasted cheese sandwich. If you're in need of a larger sized frying pan, you might want to explore Nuwave’s 12 pc set where the larger frying pan is included. Lastly, the 10-year warranty is a standout feature. Nuwave stands firmly behind their products, and that kind of assurance is hard to beat. Additionally, I like the fact that if you were to run into any issues this company has a phone number where you can talk with an actual real person. This cookware set is a winner in my kitchen!

The only reason I took a star off what seems like a really nicely constructed set is there is no larger pot, just the smaller 5qt. It would have been nice to also have a matching 8 or 10. At the same time, my last pot and pan set had the 2 large pots but did not have the extra core/layer in the bottom. Pros: Set looks very nice. 2 nice saucepans, a skillet, a pot, and a deep-dish saute pan, what I tend to think of as a "sauteuse." Those deeper saute pan/shorter pot dishes are one of our favorites anyway, and we use them a lot for risottos and for braising. So that's a score in and of itself. Construction seems great....as i said the set includes a core of aluminum on the bottom to help hold heat more evenly. Nonstick seems to work extremely well. Cons: No big pot. That is unfortunate but almost negates itself with the deep frypan. Handles; in a perfect world I'd have coated the metal with something to insulate a bit. I really love this set, i would give it 5 stars in a heartbeat with the extra pot. If it fits your needs, its a really nice set.
