I am enjoying this pizza oven with folding legs and accessories. Ever since the pandemic hit, I’ve been cooking outdoors almost daily—mostly on my big propane black cast iron griddle. It became my go-to setup for everything from breakfast to burgers. But I wanted to learn outdoor pizza, and that’s what led me to this nutrichef oven. I chose it because I didn’t want to juggle both a pizza peel and a turner. This oven has a small manual 360° rotating stone and a long handle that lets me crank the pizza around without crouching or awkwardly sliding a peel under the dough. I can rotate the raw pizza at my own pace, which means I get those thicker crust sections cooked just right without scorching the thinner sides of the round pizza. It does take a bit—over 15 minutes—to get the stone hot, even though the air temp inside hits over 700°F. But once it’s ready, it cooks a perfect 12” pizza in about a minute. Crispy crust, bubbling toppings—every time. The oven’s solid, easy to use, and came with everything I needed: peel, a rolling cutter, small round stone suitable for personal sized pizza, cover, and the hose for connection to a 20 pound propane tank. Oh my goodness - how fun to be able to cook pizzas at home using our very own pizza oven!!! We got to have for our weekly 'pizza/movie/ night as a fun activity to do with the family - which it is - BUT its really elevated the taste of our homemade pizzas! I think this is largely in part to the fact it includes a pizza stone which helps give the base a thorugh and crispy cook. Our fav thing though is that it comes with a pizza 'peel' which not only makes it easier to load and unload pizzas into and out of the oven, the kids have had a lot of fun using it! It was very easy to connect up to our gas canister and ignites straight away. This pizza oven makes amazing pizza and the closest I have ever been able to make wood-fired pizza. It is so fast and easy to cook once I get them cooking that I can quickly make individual pies for the whole family. I like to par-bake my crust just to make them a bit easier to handle, 5 minutes at 450F does it. From there everyone dresses their own and they can each be in and out of the pizza oven in under 5 minutes. Pre-heat first to ensure best results. The crank at the front will rotate the pizzas as they cook to ensure even cooking. It is a lot of fun to use for gatherings and something that always impresses guests. I find it easy to operate and it runs on propane so doesn’t require a lot of fuss to get going. The legs fold up for storage which is a nice feature about it. ... show more

The first time I set this oven up, I was expecting a bit of a learning curve. Instead, it took just a few minutes to get the legs unfolded, hook up the hose, and slide the stone in place. By the time the flame was going, my friends were already standing around waiting like it was a backyard food truck. I tossed in the first pizza and watched the stone rotate smoothly while the crust puffed up and the cheese started bubbling. Sixty seconds later, I pulled it out with the included peel and couldn’t believe it—crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle, and way better than delivery. The best part was being able to adjust the heat quickly so the next one cooked just right without burning. We tried a little of everything that night—classic pepperoni, a veggie one with fresh basil, and even a dessert pizza with Nutella and strawberries. Every single one came out evenly cooked thanks to that L-shaped burner. Cleanup wasn’t a chore either. The oven cooled down fast, and with the foldable legs and cover, I tucked it away without needing a ton of space in the garage. Now it’s become the centerpiece when we have people over. Instead of everyone hovering inside the kitchen, we’re outside laughing, cooking, and sharing pizzas hot off the stone. I love this pizza oven, it cooks so fast and the pizza comes out nice and crispy every time. It really does only take about a minute which still blows my mind. The rotating stone is super cool and makes sure it cooks even all around. I use it outside on my patio and sometimes when we go camping, it’s easy to set up and not too heavy. The cover it comes with is great too, keeps it clean and dry when I leave it outside. It feels solid and well made, and I like that I can control the heat pretty easy.
