It runs on gas only and heats up fast, delivering consistently great results—crispy crusts, nicely blistered edges, and evenly cooked toppings. The extra space inside makes it easy to turn pizzas without feeling cramped. I highly recommend adding a Firecrest door—it helps trap heat and cuts preheat time by about half. The media could not be loaded. Best pizza oven Out there for residential and small comercial use. I have it in my balcony, bought the Firecraft door and shield and I must say everyone loves my pizzas in the neighborhood. The arc technology on the burner is the game changer,. It’s easy to make restaurant quality results with this oven and the Firecraft accessories. Love it would buy again for sure ... show more

I really like the controls in front! Has an electric ignition (triple A battery included) Super easy to start the flame. Once you cure the stone, get ready to make fantastic pizza.
