I was going to get an Ooni, but they were back ordered like forever and more expensive. This little one works well and has a lower shelf for cooking other foods, though I haven't tried that yet. I had a little trouble getting used to the door, but it's well designed so I think it was only that I was using my left hand. I get better each time, so it's not a game changer. It came with racks, a peel and one 13" stone. I'm going to get an extra stone. The gas connections came with it, of course, and were easy to install. One thing, The thermometer is right on top in front. I am, sadly, short and have to stand on my toes to read it. It is sitting on top of a small kiln, so all I have to do is reposition the oven and it will be fine. I'll do that tomorrow. I'm happy with it and can recommend it.

750° at the back of the oven, low 600's at the front. Still gotta turn the pizza often like gas and wood fired. The bake was great and could be better with a little more practice. Only drawbacks: it's small, under 12". Space between the deck and the top is tight. Unfortunately, you can't use a wood peel for launching. I'll update after cleaning and next use!

I purchased the electric version. It cooks pizzas ( mine were 8” ) within 3 minutes. However… There is no temperature numbers on dial. In order for it to work within the described time frame it needs to be within a small margin of the highest setting and is very unforgiving. The pizza stone is actually metal. And at point anything other than dough ( cheese or sauce ) will start to smolder and smoke. If it’s outside then great. Using this inside run kitchen fan and be prepared for a bit of that fried fish atmosphere. In short it works , but too finicky to use for a larder than 2 person meal.

I like this addition to my outdoor cooking area. Since my $2500 GE Oven is on the fritz with no replacement parts available to fix it this is now my go-to oven. One thing you will need to be careful of is how the door gets put back in-place. It's possible to put the door on wrong and that allows the heat to focus on the handle making it possible to burn your hand. I grabbed the handle one evening after placing the door on incorrectly and threw the door to the ground instantly after the searing heat from the handle was felt. Would buy again.
