We love our pizza oven. Getting there is a bit of a learning curve. You have to pull the pizza stone out about an inch so that the flame can heat the back of the oven. With the oven, our Friday night pizza night just got better. The customer service of this company is very good and if I could give them more stars, I would.

I noticed some reviews that said this item didn't perform as expected and I could see why. I've made a large pizza oven that reaches 1000 degrees and there's a bit of head work that goes into that but if you are looking to just make some personal sized pizzas for the kids or roast some veggies this is great. The trick to this pizza oven is to use a specific charcoal instead of wood. The picture I listed and purchased is from from lowes and worked perfectly in my opinion. Temperatures on the pizza stone got to 500 degrees which is great but for pizzas it needs to be consistent on top as well as on the bottom. Once you start the coals give it 15-20 min. It was pretty windy today so it took a little bit longer but eventually the bottom Temperatures matched the top and after awhile the only variance was about 25-30 degrees from top to bottom. I did however make sure I covered around 80 percent of the area for coals to start. All Temperatures were gathered with an infrared laser thermometer. I may be purchasing another as a gift idea for my niece and nephew as long as the family isn't against it lol.. 🤗 I don't regret the purchase at all. You just have to give a little thought into the cooking process.

I got this as a gift and it's terrible. It doesn't get anywhere hot enough to cook pizza. And if it can't do it's main function, then it's a waste of money. Edit: Well I finally got it hot, but then it burnt the bottom of my pizza so quickly without melting any of the cheese on top. This burns so unevenly. This is going back.

I was excited to receive this, but when it came and I started to assemble it I grew more disappointed, there is no way to tighten the screws enough to snug up to the sides they connect too, leaving the box very unsteady, and sides pop out when just a little movement happens. I am really disappointed in this product, it is so flimsy it is scary to use, the stone came broken, so now I need to figure out what to use to cook the pizza on, I was going to return and it cost 10.80 to do so, it's principle but I am not paying another dime for this thing. If you want a pizza oven pass this one by, not worth the aggravation. I am disappointed Amazon even sells this product.

The biggest issue I had was controling the fire around the box and it takes a while for it to heat up. Other then that the pizza over worked great once it got to temp. And perfect for a marshmallow roast anywhere!
