So far, much better than the Ehomie branded one. Much quieter, and clearer ice plus looks bigger. A big plus is that on the other one, that died on 9 months, is that you don't have to open the Ice bucket area to add water. Just pull out, add water and push back in. And way quieter. Will update if that changes. UPDATE, totally a half but made unit. Has issues with freezing over and screeching like the dogs of hell are in it. Only use distilled water, clean it as recommended. Contacted manufacturer and said they have no replacement, offered 65% refund, that never came. Also said just the refund? Didn't say no, just never answered that question. This unit idms less than 7 months old. Being forced to power 9ff for a few days, then restarting each time it screws up. Don't waste your money.

Worked well for 1 year and the condenser went out right after warranty was expired. So convenient. No way to clean the coils or water line bc no access. Essentially you have to buy one every year. The manufacturer was off no help at all.

Do not buy this product. It lasted for less than a year it was replaced as it was under warranty. The replacement lasted 8 months and now that one does not have warranty because I don’t have a receipt.

Stopped working in under a month. Started Making a loud squealing noise and had a bad smell like it would start a fire so keep your huge box so you can return it otherwise you'll have to buy one from UPS plus pay for a return label. No good

Ice Balls seem to be dropped before they're completely frozen through. There's a hole on top and can be hollow in the middle so they melt fast. The whole point of an ice ball is to minimize surface area for a slower melt. Doesn't make over like how its pictured.

I bought this on December 12. It is now March 1 and it quit working made a loud noise and just quit working for the money I spent it should last a little longer than three months and of course it stopped right after the return window closed. I’m very dissatisfied. Don’t buy it.

We received the ice maker on 01/10/2025 when opening the box it appeared to be used and dirty as I posted the pictures above . Very unhappy this was very nasty to receive a used dirty product.
