LOVE this icemaker! The ice lasts for a loooong time. In my stainless cups, it lasts 8+ hours at work through 7-8 bottles of water. The bullet ice makers can't stand up to this tiny ice :D. It works great, is very fast and, while it's not very quiet, it doesn't run long enough to be a nuisance.

Bought unit on 7/28/25 and it arrived 7/31. I unpacked it and let it set as recommended for 24hrs before plugging it in. Unit is a ran a few hours each day and about 3 days a week using filtered bottled water. I clean the unit every 2 uses by wiping it down and draining it after running the cleaning cycle. On October 13th it started making a really loud squealing noise and ice production slowed to a crawl. I stopped the machine. Looked into the ice dispensing area for any visual problems and saw none. I left machine powered down for a few hours and came back to it . I started to make ice again and as soon as ice production started it began make a very loud shrills and began squeaking non stop. I notified the company directly through email and they responded asking order number and model number as well as the issue I was having. I sent them the info as requested and they responded I would be hearing from someone shortly. That was now over 3 days ago and I've gotten no response. I could not imagine how anyone could use this more often than I did and not have any issues . Maybe I received the 1 bad one out of 100 . Not really sure what the rate of failure is but I know it was way to soon fornthe money .A Very short lived item for almost 200 dollars. Highly disappointed.

I love this ice maker. I leave the ice in it and usually only have enough water inside to make ice for one day. The ice does not do well moving to a conventional freezer as it sticks together. I clean this once a week with lemon water as recommended. I also only use distilled or purified water because I have hard water in the tap. I have had zero issues with this in 6 months of use. My cousin recommended it to me, and she has had hers for 2 years. I love chewing on ice, and this thing has been such a great purchase! I absolutely LOVE it!! I recommend this product.

I’ve had this ice machine for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The pellet ice is just like Sonic’s pellet ice. Now, let’s talk about some of the things I read before buying it: Yes, it does make some noise. But so does a fridge and a freezer. I’m not really bothered by the noise, I just tune it out sometimes. But when it’s quiet, I know it’s time to add water or it’s full of ice. Speaking of full of ice, it fills up in an angle, so you have to randomly push the ice down in the tray. One thing I really like is that I can keep it on all day, and even if it shuts off the ice that’s slowly melting, it goes into the reservoir and recycles itself back through. Even if it’s full and shuts off, it senses that it’s not as full and cuts back on again, so I always have ice. Either way, this machine is awesome. It’s worth the money. I only give it 4 stars because I have to bring the ice down and even it out. Worth the money and perfect ice!

Wanted to wait a bit to write a review as this is my 4th one (all different brands) just to be sure. Folks, this machine is phenomenal. Not too loud, constant output of tiny little ice cubes that are almost like the ice at Sonic, no leaking, high fill line, and super fast refills. Two people can generously fill up their glass and there's still a few cubes at the bottom. By the time we come back for another glass of tea, the tank is full again. The cleaning process is easy, too, which I do about 1x month. It fits right next to my microwave, so it's about that tall and probably half the width. Yes, it takes up some counters pace, but it sure beats having to buy a 5 lb bag at the store as it slowly melts on the way home, taking up half of my freezer space and re-freezing the melted parts so that you have to slam it on some hard surface to break the cubes back up. Thank God those days are over! It was super easy to set up - I didn't even need to read the instructions (except on how/when to clean). Have had ZERO problems or issues with it. This is by far the best countertop ice machine out there, especially if you like the tiny "nugget" ice (my kid loves to crunch ice and I'm not even a little bit worried he'll break a tooth on these compared to the bigger ice cubes). Absolutely worth every penny! *Everything I've just written is completely true and unbiased. This was not part of some promo deal nor was I offered any discount for my written opinion. I paid full price for this baby and would do it again...in fact I probably will when I get my own office at work.
