I purchased this ice maker in March 2025, and it worked great until August 2025 when it suddenly stopped working. I contacted Euhomy customer service, and even though the warranty had expired, they went above and beyond to help me. They promptly sent me a new ice maker without any hassle. The product itself makes excellent ice when working, and their customer service is outstanding—quick, friendly, and committed to making things right. Highly recommend this brand for their support alone!

I bought this as a gift to myself for moving into my first apartment. This machine was the best machine ever! And as a lover of chewy/soft ice, it was perfect for my cravings and to add to my drinks. I followed the instructions with cleaning weekly and then I became noticeably sick. Lost my voice, had terrible coughs that woke me out of my sleep, runny nose, scratchy throat. I checked the machine and of course. There was mold accumulated in the second reservoir despite me cleaning every week and taking preventative measures. I have only used the machine for less than a month! I was disgusted and just didn’t feel safe deep cleaning because you can’t exactly get into the tubing and holes. I can’t return it because obviously I’ve used it and even though I had a warranty, they wouldn’t replace it because it’s not considered a defect. I contacted the company and they only offered a $10 credit towards a new machine for my situation. How ridiculous! I threw the machine away. I’m traumatized to buy another machine if it’s just going to accumulate mold in areas that I can’t get to! I would include the pictures but it looked so disgusting and made my stomach turn so I will not do that to anyone reading this. 😭 Overall disappointed with this machine, the company and my experience. If you do decide to get it, just know that if mold accumulates in your machine and you want to replace with a new machine, it’s NOT covered by the warranty so don’t even bother asking the company or Amazon.

Looks nice, works great, great quality/durability and portable! Super easy to set up and use. A little noisy but not enough to bother us. Starts making ice so quickly! I was worried it wouldn't make enough for our family of five because it's not very big but it makes the ice so fast that it hasn't been a problem. I will probably start storing it in bags just to have extra for family gatherings. I purchased this to have softer ice to make smoothies for my husband. Our 3 teenagers love having the "good ice" for drinks and keep the water filled - I rarely have to add any. Wish there was a better place to store the scoop but that's just me being extra.

I generally agree with the reviews -- great at making ice, doesn't take long to make, the hum bothers me (it doesn't bother my husband), so I turn it off very frequently. I haven't noticed a melted mess -- as the ice melts, it just drips back into the basin and when it's full enough, it creates new ice. Granted we go through this ice like candy. This has actually helped my whole family drink more water because they all love the ice so much!

Nice machine. It's compact and easy to use. It's a bit louder than I'd like, but not horribly intrusive, unless you are super sensitive to noises. It also puts out a bit more warm air than I expected, again not a real concern to me. Works good making ice. I only use Poland Springs bottled water in my machine. I have to clean it regularly. Which is absolutely disgusting! I don't understand how bottled water has that much bacteria in it. I clean every two week as I use it so much. It pretty much never stops running. The cleaning option is very difficult and I've had several times where I press it. It turns red and then it doesn't work. Also, sometimes it'll say ice is full, so I go over and move the ice around a little bit and there's barely any ice in it and it still says full until I unplug it and then plug it back in and then it will start making ice again it's happened about six or seven times no. w. I'm giving a two stars because it does give me great ice. Do I think it will last? I hope so.
