I found this book at the local library and had to have it. It is very in depth on what you need to know if you are going to start cooking with an iron skillet, with a good balance of history without being overly focused on it. The recipes are simple enough for the amateur with something for the more seasoned cooks. I foresee it getting a lot of use and it does not shy away for having an eye pleasing cover.
