I’ve been using the Eufy e330 camera for a little while now and I’m thoroughly impressed. One of my main requirements was avoiding a monthly subscription since I already have a NAS at home. Thankfully, this camera supports local storage, which makes it a perfect fit. Setup was straightforward, and I love that it comes with two solar panels—especially since I mounted the cameras in locations that don’t have easy access to power outlets. The solar panels keep the battery topped off without any extra hassle. The Eufy app is user-friendly and lets you arm or disarm all cameras—or just individual ones—with ease. Whether I’m at home or away, I can control everything remotely without any issues. Where this camera really shines is the night vision. It’s not the typical black-and-white you get with most cameras—instead, you still get color night vision, and the clarity is excellent. This has honestly been one of the best night vision cameras I’ve used to date. Highly recommend the Eufy e330 if you're looking for a solid, subscription-free camera with reliable performance and great image quality—day or night.

The best yet! These are now my 3rd try for a usable security camera system. And finally - these really do the job. What sold me to purchase was the E340 doorbell camera with the second camera viewing the floor area where packages would be delivered. Brilliant! Add to that a great sale - couldn't pass it up. * E340 doorbell camera works great. I have one on battery, the other on house doorbell power. I was able to use the internal contacts to trigger the normal house doorbell chimes - definite benefit. The down-looking second camera is perfect for those of us receiving many packages. * Solar-powered outdoor camera: These are great. The 4K color image is beautiful, even at night! Battery size seems sufficient to maintain constant100% charge . * Motion detection: Easy to set up, but powerful. Very easy to set the detection zone in the image. You can specify whether to identify humans or vehicles. This detection is AI-powered and seems quite accurate. You can even do a bit of training. It will show you a small image it has identified and ask you if it is correct. If not, it will ask you further info. * Solar power: The built-in solar cells are keeping my 2 outdoor cameras at 100% full time. * System setup: The hub is small and works very well. * Wi-Fi signal: The cameras connect readily to the house Wi-Fi with a strong signal. (My previous camera was sketchy, and prone to weak signal).

***UPDATE: After you connect the camera to the home base, go into settings and also connect each camera to your wifi (if it says it didn't connect close the app and go back in and it will be connected). After I did this, was able to connect to the camera faster for viewing.**** Great cameras. Great picture quality even in no/low light. Attached picture is no light and one with low light. Love that you can black out privacy areas, like the neighbor's windows. Once I got my internet straightened, no lag with connecting to the cameras amd no lag with motion detection. Motion detection in no light approximately 30' from the camera. So far, no false alerts, alerting to cars and people only. The face recognition is really good, too. Originally bought to add to my setup, but purchased 3 more cameras to replace my other cameras. Battery life is fantastic. It does takes a while to charge them completely, but the charge lasts a long time, especially in combination with the solar charging.

I’ve been in business responsible for theft of my property for over twenty years and likewise with my houses for 30+ years….best clarity cameras I’ve owned. These cameras are not wired whatsoever unless you need to connect one of the extra solar panels they come with. I didn’t them. I’ve had them a few months with no troubles. I get notified when there is motion. I love them. I installed a WiFi signal booster I ordered separately to get two of them a few hundred feet away and I’m covering the area better than I thought. Oh, the day vision at night is unreal. So clear. The pics I attached one is zoomed in 3 times on the yellow car the other isn’t.

I have had no success in getting these cameras to work for more than a day. It’s seems there’s some sort of bug when the app automatically changes from disarmed to scheduled. When you use scheduled mode, initially everything works until it goes to rearm the system after being disarmed according to schedule. The resolution is to restart the home base every day. Live feed works and they provide a good image, but what good is a security camera if it can’t detect motion? Will be returning. Update: After posting my review, Eufy reached out to me and customer service is working to resolve my issue. Changed from 2 stars to 3 due to this. This is still an ongoing process and I post another update if they were successful at fixing the motion detection on schedule issue. As description states, my issue with not recording appears to have been due to the drive I had installed in the homebase. The drive will store files just fine and I formatted the drive before install and also allowed the homebase to format it as well. Homebase was reporting the drive as empty and rated capacity listed. Just an FYI for anyone that may experience the same issue. Of course, there is only so much troubleshooting that can be done through online correspondence and this was an issue I resolved through my own troubleshooting. At least customer service was talking with me on a day to day basis, so thumbs up for that.
