I have had this pool vac for a week now and so far it is amazing. It comes fully assembled except for plugging in the cords. They are color coded so as not to plug them into the wrong socket. The cord is on swivels so it never gets tangled or obstructs the unit from cleaning. It comes with a fine sediment filter and also a filter for large debris. Both are super simple to access remove and clean. No tool required. It has powerful suction to clean and climbs right up the walls to the waterline before reversing back down into the pool. Absolutely no issues with pool bottom pitch at all. This thing is a tank. My pool has never looked this clean. My feet can feel the diffrence on the bottom of the pool now that all the sand is gone. The media could not be loaded. Excellent pool cleaner. Just plug in, place in the pool and let it go. It goes up the sides and stairs and cleans every part of the pool. Why pay $1000s when you have the best pool cleaner at an amazing price!

When this robot worked , it only worked for roughly 3 months. First, it broke a wheel and Nu Cobalt sent a replacement wheel. This suggests shotty quality. I sent a communication to Nu Cobalt. Nu Cobalt responded and sent the replacement parts I need. There were no directions and I also noticed the treads are pretty worn for a robot that is only three months old. Then, 2 weeks later, it just died. Power supply flashes purple. Robot doesn't move. If you are looking for quality, it isn't with Cobalt. I've reached out to the seller asking for a refund or a new unit. They will not do anything unless I pay to ship this useless waterweight back to them. I am out $600 and Nu Cobalt doesn’t seem to care. Luckily, Amazon made it right and I was able to get my money back no thanks to Nu Cobalt. Skip this robot. Buy from a more reputable manufacturer who will make a product that lasts more than four months and back that product up when it fails on you. Caveat Emptor. ... show more

I have never posted a review before. I bought 2 other vacuums before I bought this one. I returned the other 2 because they didn't perform worth a crap. This pool vacuum climbs the walls and the hole pool . I leave in until it shuts off which is about 2 hours. Then I take it out and my 16 x 32 8 feet at the deep end is perfectly clean. It was very hard to find on Amazon. I think I just got lucky to find it. I have a friend that has a $600 one and mine does just as job and over $400 less. Bought this robotic pool cleaner for my 24' round pool. It has done an excellent job keeping my pool clean. Majority of the parts are plastic so handle it with care. This robotic pool cleaner works just as well as a $1000 dollar robot. Only difference is the $1000 dollar robot is probably a but more durable. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Impressive strength and low electric usage, climbs the walls. However as you see in time-laps, I'm disappointed that it's struggles to clean the entire pool, particularly getting stuck on one short path in the deeper side. The collector bag is not easy to work with and clean but that wasn't the issue. The algorithm that randomly turn the machine to break the loop is not exist and make it useless. I am so glad I purchased this cleaner! Took it out of the box and put it to work. Our pool is sloped with crevices and this guy cleaned every inch. Climbs the walls up just past the water line where you can hear and see the suction power. The product description didn't show that the cleaner comes with a fine filter and the bag filter. The fine filter worked great and was easy to clean. My previous cleaner was cordless but couldn't climb the walls. The cord was no problem, didn't tangle, and was easy to put away. For the price I think this cleaner is a superior value to the other more "well known" cleaners. ... show more
