I had a great experience with Bodno support while setting up the printer I bought (Magicard 300). My 1st call was for help with updating the drive and Joseph answered right away and within 5 minutes my problem was fixed and I was good to go. I really appreciated that as I was really busy. The next day when I was able to use the printer the print quality was off and I suspected it was something I wasn't doing right. This time I spoke to Angelo , he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions, showing me how to adjust the settings and the print quality issue was now fixed. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave me extra tips I didn't know about. Both guys were polite, quick to respond and very helpful. Great support experiences!!! ... show more

I would highly suggest not buying a printer with Bodno software. After using this printer a handful of times, I have received an email from Bodno that they will no longer be allowing use of their software without a subscription. This is after having the printer for two years. No grandfathering, my ability to use the product I purchased will become extinct in the next few weeks unless I start paying them more money. Don’t give them your hard earned money, they’ll just work to extort more of it out of you just to use the device you already paid for. ... show more

Downside is message reporting software license not detected every time you start the program. Needs to read it from a USB dongle and verify it online.
