I’ve tried a few brands and this is the absolute best. There is no flavor, no grit, and it dissolves completely. I do recommend drinking it right away as it gels up quickly.

The powder is better than the whole psyllium husks, and it does work well as a fiber supplement. This doesn't mean I don't have to mentally prepare every night before I mix it and chug it as fast as possible. The taste and texture are something that will probably never feel normal. I don't like mixing it with stuff because it tends to ruin the things I mix it with, so I just brave it. 4 Stars because I will still buy this product for cost savings, and it doesn't have the additives that others have. ... show more

Each morning, I use about 1/2 tablespoon of psyllium husk powder fiber supplement with 8 oz of water and a scoop of energy powder in a shaker bottle with a mixer ball. This fiber supplement powder dissolves better than the psyllium husk powders I have used most recently, and it leaves less residue on my shaker bottle. The powder is tasteless and has little of the "gummy" texture I dislike, so long as I drink my morning sludge quickly. Although this bottle of fiber supplement contains less and costs slightly more than some of the other brands I have used, I will continue to order it because of the superior texture. ... show more

It does have unpleasant taste. I didn’t need to hold my nose, however, I was glad to finish it. It’s difficult to mix, unlike Metamuci.
