    • The seller will not provide missing parts that they did not provide
This seller is awful. Don't purchase through them. The bed is great but buy it from a different seller or site. This 3rd party seller refused to provide the missing parts for the 2 beds. Drawer bottoms, drawer knobs, hardware.... they offered to return it and sent fed ex out to pick it back up. if they would have come out and disassembled and packaged it back up, i would have returned it on principle and bought it elsewhere. Outside of that and the additional money i had to fork out to go buy all of the replacement parts myself, the kids love the bed ... show more

    • Good, sturdy bed. Creative thinking required.
The slats that came with the bed are thinner and smaller (free to slide around in the bed frame) than expected, so we had to improvise a little bit. After my son fell through, mattress included, my husband screwed the slats onto the bed frame. Besides that, my son loves it, and it fits his needs very well.     • BEWARE OF ASSEMBLY
This bed is NOT easy to assemble! It has so far taken two adults (one with building experience) so far a total of 7 hours to build. So disappointed in the “instruction manual”. The manual is so hard to understand and pieces are not labeled. Hardware is labeled which is good though. If not it would have taken us even longer to figure out. Some of the pieces also came damaged with chips, cracks or dents. Thankfully it’s not too bad because it would be too much of a hassle to undo and return. Whether it got damaged in transportation or in warehouse, should definitely be packaged better. Also, noticed some of the holes that are supposed to be predrilled are missing so we’ll have to drill the holes ourselves. Bed is not finished being put together because I am waiting on seller to respond to my message since I received no hardware for the actual bed part. Will update with pictures once finished. All in all, I would not recommend this bed. The separate components to this are good, but everything together is becoming a nightmare for us to finish! ... show more

    • Nice unit with Very few snags during assembly
Assembly instructions very easy to follow and no missing hardware. Comes in 5 boxes with the delivery bringing them into the first room (living room) of our first floor. Most assembly can be done by a single person. I did the drawers and prepping of pieces while the other adult assembled larger pieces in the room. The overall unit is less study with each component than I would prefer, but each unit is very sturdy on its own. We will probably add hardware as time goes on to ensure stairs and shelves stay attached. Design is somewhat reversible and interchangeable until you get to the footboard. Overall, much cheaper than other loft beds considered and reasonable amount of sweat equity required for the end result! ... show more

    • Damaged parts and horrible 3rd party customer support
I have been trying for a month to get damaged parts (4 total). They arrived today and only 2 of the 4 requested parts were sent. Customer service is horrible. Always goes to voice mail and then you wait to hear back. I am not sure about the quality of the product when it is constructed because I cant get the parts I need. ... show more

    • Easy Assembly! Sturdy set
I was surprised how easy the assembly was. And I even reversed it to have the steps on the right and the desk on the left. All the pieces are real wood except for the drawers (they are made of cheap particle board). Our son is loving his new loft bed. The only suggestion I would have is for the makers to label the wood pieces with small stickers. All the screws and other hardware are conveniently labeled and packaged individually so that helped. The whole set came in 5 boxes so I was able to build the sections one at a time without unboxing the whole set and without mixing up hardware. This also allowed me to build it over the course of 3 days when I got home from work. I would recommend this product. ... show more
