    • Excellent product support and lovely chair
Color: White
This is a beautiful chair and quite comfortable. I have had it for a little over a year, and the gas cylinder that holds the seat up is starting to give out. The chair would sink a little at a time during the day. But the company is standing behind this product and its 3 year warranty by sending a replacement cylinder that will fix the issue. When I called them, a very nice human answered and asked how they could help me. A five-minute phone call was all it took. Highly, HIGHLY recommend the product and furthermore, the company. ... show more

    • Highly recommend if you suffer from back pain
Color: Black
Review Image by autumn
I received my chair this week and it’s made a positive difference in my back and neck pain. I work long hours from home, it’s super comfortable, the padding feels great at the end of a long day! I’m able to adjust it easily and it remains stable until I’m ready to adjust it to a different position! The arm rests move up if not in use, and the other adjustments are easy to use. I was able to put it together myself in under 30 minutes. It’s definitely a great value and a worth what I paid. Highly recommended ... show more

    • It's a decent chair that can be hard to assemble due to the the finish of the assembly parts.
Color: Black
I'm sitting in it right now. This chair is all about lumbar support. It's also stiff yet cushy enough. The height adjusts well. The tilt back feature is kind of useless unless you want to rock backwards for some reason -- mid-day stretch routine? Swivels left and right nice. Rolls around good. I bought this since I'm hybrid at the office, which works out to me going into the office twice a month. So, I needed a real office chair for home. Assembly: UGH! Even if you follow the instructions perfectly, it's hard enough. If you're someone who is used to assembling Amazon or IKEA-bought "you build it" furniture, you'll get this chair project done. But the metal castings inside the seat and back that the various screws go into vary in quality. For two screws that secure the arms to the chair and hold the seat and back of the chair to the arms' framework, it was really hard to thread two of the screws in with the included tool. I don't have a power tool screw driver with an allen wrench head, or a power screw driver at all, so i was working up quite the sweat getting the screws in. But at some point I learned that the included tool has two of the same-sized allen wrench ends, and the short end is so you can get more torque when you are putting the screws in. But still, I would say that there is something a little wrong with the machining of two of the holes because it took crazy force to get the screws all the way in. Also, it will be key to have someone hold the back steady as you attach it to the arm assembly that holds the chair together. Also, the reason the directions tell you to only 50 percent tighten the screws that go into the arm/seat/back assembly as you assemble is so you have some give to work with as you line up the subsequent screws into their holes through the arm assemblies and into the seat and back. When all the screws are in at 50 percent, then you can tighten them to 100 percent. Happy sitting! edit: After using this chair for three days, it's just about perfect. It would be perfect if the arm rests were adjustable two inches up or down. But, it's easy to flip them up and not use them at all. edit 2: After five months of use, still a great office chair. edit 3: After over two years of use, still great. No problems at all. ... show more

    • Still Love It After 2 Years – Super Comfortable and Supportive!
Color: Black
I’ve had this chair for about two years now, and it’s been fantastic. I work from home and easily spend 50+ hours a week in it, and it’s just as comfortable and supportive as the day I bought it. The seat cushion hasn’t flattened, the back support keeps my posture in check, and the build quality still feels solid. It adjusts easily, looks great in my office, and really helps me get through long workdays without back pain. You can tell it’s well-designed and made to last. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you’ll be glad you did. This chair has truly been worth every penny. ... show more

    • Very comfortable office chair!
Color: Taupe
Not one to write reviews but this chair was delivered on time and the package/ box was in the same shape as when it left the warehouse. Chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The leather looks to be of nice quality and the color is consistent throughout the chair. The seat of the chair is at a very comfortable height and overall very satisfied with the product. One thing that I did do is installed a better roller wheel as I don't like the plastic ones that were supplied in the package. The wheels that shipped obviously would work but just my preference. I would recommend this office chair and would consider purchasing again if I need another. Thanks and Good Luck! ... show more

    • These chairs won’t last a year til the arm rests start ripping no matter how careful you are!!!

I purchased 2 of these chairs in the taupe 2 years ago. I’m sure there’s a flaw in the design with the left arm rest cus both of my chairs’ armrests are split & cracked from normal use. I kept them covered & was so careful with them but they crack and split no matter how careful you are! Cracks formed after 1 year!! The price I paid ($319 each) is ridiculous for damaged parts then I can’t even get product support other than how to set up the chairs I’ve had for 2 years. I at least want 2 new left armrests to replace the bad ones!! This is why I’m so done with Amazon. I’m canceling my subscription. ... show more

    • Very sturdy and great for the back.
Color: White
I was very reluctant to order this chair only because the reviews were mixed, after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance, I need a comfortable office chair that is good on the back as I work from home. I'm so glad I did. The chair was everything I'd hoped for, the unique back has a padded lumber you can put out to fit your comfort level. It was super easy to put together, I did it by myself in 15 minutes, it's very sturdy and made well. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable office chair with the focus on back support. ... show more

    • Still Excellent one year later! Edit at 2 1/2 years
Color: Taupe
I bought this ergonomic chair for use with my dining table, as I spend a fair amount of time each day with my 75 year old body sitting in it. It arrived in fine condition, assembled quite easily, has great leather-like skin and just-right padding in all the right places. One year later, this chair - with all of the use it has gotten - is in exactly the same fine condition as when it arrived. That is to say: no signs of wear, no flattening of the padding and it remains as comfortable as ever! I really like the taupe color. Yes, it does look just a little weird with the three dining chairs, but at my age, I could care less. I double my dining table as a desk and the entertainment system is across from the table. My poor back really loves this chair! The adjustable ergonomic back support actually works. I thought a long time about adapting an ergonomic office chair to my dining set, and after a year's use of this particular chair, I have absolutely no regrets. I would not hesitate to buy this chair, or any other product from this manufacturer. Edit at 2 1/2 years: December, 2024 I am reducing this chair to 3 stars because I think an office chair of this price should last more than 2 1/2 years. At this point, it still looks like it has little superficial wear, (no scratches or stains: the pu leather cleans beautifully) except that the seat cushion has gradually collapsed to the point that the surface feels hard and whatever is in there (springs? Lumpy filling?) makes my butt really uncomfortable! I weigh 180 pounds. The seat cushion is flatter, just looking at it, and it looks and feels like I'm now sitting lower on the right side. Because of that, when I'm seated, the lumbar support is higher up on my back. My back now hurts in this chair. At this point, I'm not throwing the chair out, but I'm thinking of finding an upholsterer to redo the seat cushion. Meanwhile, I just spent a lot of time looking to order what I hope is a better new chair on Amazon. I had tried putting a cushion on the current chair, but I already had it set at the lowest height because of my 5'6" body. The cushion raised the seat too high. I think I ordered a better new chair at a lower price, partly because the height adjustment goes lower. As a result, if the seat cushion on the new one eventually flattens, I can put a cushion on top without raising the seat too high. Meanwhile, as I sit waiting for the arrival of my new chair, my butt feels like I'm sitting on a towel stretched over a bed of pebbles. Maybe the problem is my old butt...but... nah... If you don't mind this chair mushing out under you after 2 1/2 years, I would go for it. I enjoyed mine while it lasted, except for the last months. 5 stars for 2 years; 3 stars thereafter. ... show more
