The media could not be loaded. 1/11/24 After an entire year. giving it up and getting this machine …out of my home. Post this experience with Nordick track customer service and their company, I will never purchase another piece of equipment from them. The entire process totally unethical. Sorry to have lost so much money in a brand. If it’s outside of 1 year warranty, I’m told by Amazon today they aren’t able to assist. 1/7/23 update still no resolve to this problem of loud noise with use, another visit from service person and still Nordick track refuses to replace this machine for a problem I’ve had since I set it up for use. Please listen to attached video prior to making a purchase. I value reviews and hope to have othered avoid what I’ve been through with invested time, calls and no resolve. 11/17/23 Update on this product no better than the prior -service out about 5-6 times. Replaced everything in the machine bit by bit. Still loud row boat motor clanking noise -too distracting to use and they still will not replace the product that has had issues since I started using it in April. 5 calls on the same service order for them to have someone come out one more time, even though everything replaceable was replaced. They cancelled the order initially without telling me because they didn’t have a repair tech in my area, now I’ve been promised 3 others who have not come though. Last call today they would like one more day to escalate the issue which has been escalated 3 times already… and it’s Friday ???? Not looking good for Nordic Track … they have an established name they should do better. I value reviews when I’m trying to purchase items therefore the update. Worked fine initially with air resistance mode then started using digital resistance. Now have a very loud motor boat like sound with every row. was within return window and Amazon was willing to refund but couldn’t find shipping boxes large enough or for the weight to return was hopping factory warranty would be if some help. Have tried several times to reach someone at Nordic track over the past 2 weeks… on wait for 2 hours today finally chose the call back option and no one has called back. have communicated via the website with no response. Just entered a service request today and waiting for a response

The rower itself is solid. I used it nearly ever weekday for a year solid with zero issues, with the rower itself. Now the screen that NordicTrack pays an underage slave in an impoverished country to assemble is at best, an abomination on humanity. They need to give that child more and/or better glue because the reset button fell off internally (It's behind a poorly aligned 1/32nd diameter drilled hole through the plastic body that only the smallest paper clip that doesn't exist in your locality will fit into) before the product ever arrived. So just go ahead and whip out that drill to widen that badboy to fish that sucker out & void your warranty because there's no contacting these people. And ooooh ooh oh that factory reset button, you and it will become very familiar. I'm sending it a Christmas card we had so much contact the past year. So you're probably asking yourself "Why not just get on it and row?" Well... That's what you would think one would do until you power it up and come to the terrible realization you have to FIRST and FOREMOST, not before a row, not before you sit, not before you even think of exercising, connect to the always reliable iFit service...even if you don't subscribe to it & are only trying to "Manual row"...not happening, you can stare at this pretty blue checkmark that after a year refuses to boot past. Not happening after factory resetting the rower, resetting your router, trying your neighbors internet, praying to the gods of fitness, nothing will get you past the blue iFit check. Your thousand dollar rowing machine, is now a paper weight. Conveniently right when the warranty expired! They're getting accurate! So you come to Amazon and spite review it; knowing full and well the terrible creatures at NordicTrack will just have amazon remove it.

The rower will not turn on and have had spent the past two days unable to reach anyone at customer support. Can onLy use in manual mode which since this was twice the price of a manual rower is completely unacceptable

I’ve had my machine for three weeks and it’s all great but the IFIT tablet that comes with the machine is garbage in my opinion. Had I known that it would have been I wouldn’t have bought the machine. The machine works great but the tablet is slow to load anything, sometimes never loads, and struggles in every way. When you are a busy mom and need to get a quick workout in and can’t due to the tablets its sooo frustrating! Sadly that is the only thing wrong. I’ve reached out to IFIT and little help for the membership I’m paying for.

I had to pick at least 1 star. I would give it a 0. I haven’t even had my rower for a month yet. Stopped counting calories, number of rows and distance. I have talked to more that 12 people and 4 chats and no resolution yet. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any manufacturer. No one can help you just get transferred to department to department. I’ve been on hold for hours. if it wouldn’t be even more of a hassle I would just return it.

The picture says one year iFIT, the description says one month and you get neither. Amazon customer service is zero help. This machine isn’t great without it so prepare to pay the membership.
