You must download and subscribe to ifit before getting started with this rowing machine. Assembly was easy ,plugged it in ,put in 4 D size batteries ,turned on machine the screen says hello then died. Went through all of the trouble shooting in the manual still nothing. I called Nordictrak , no assistance on the weekend. Called again on Monday placed on hold for 1 hour before finally getting through to a representative. The screen needs a replacement. After waiting several weeks for the delivery, I am now waiting for a replacement part and never used the rower. The machine appears to be a sturdy good quality machine but I haven’t used it. A lot of frustration to get through to customer service. I wish I order a different brand rower. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My rower started making a horrible noise after 2 months. I have called Nordic with no response and also asked amazon to help with fixing the issue. Instead of assisting me with help, AMAZON said I was outside of my refund window. All I want is my rower to be fixed. Nordic and amazon customer serve are HORRIBLE. ... show more

** do not discard packaging when you buy this rower** Alright, so read the reviews on Amazon. Essentially this is a paper weight for your house. If you do order, remember, you will have the pleasure of first spending a week trying to get in touch with Nordic Track, then they will ship you the standard replacement parts from China! (Fairly standard as they know that the product invariably does not work😀, but people like me still buy it on Amazon!!) , then you will admire the paper weight for a month hoping the weight of the rower will help your secure the house from high winds if a tornado hits your house. Then, you will eventually pack it up and lug it back to the UPS store to return it. Here you will thank yourself for keeping the packaging it came in a month ago. As for the workout- it is great, you are essentially paying to unbox, move the rower, then move it back to your garage and pack it. Totally worth it! If, you don’t believe me, call the CS of Nordic Track first and they will confirm the above 😀. Good luck ... show more

I have exercised most of my life, but at age 86 I no longer run or train with weights, so the rower is a very good solution for my exercise needs, and would be too for younger men supplementing their fitness program.

    • Rower itself is amazing, but don't expect to get 1 year of IFIT or any support

I love the rower, high quality, works well, gives me a great workout. However, I cannot say the same about the description of the product or the support I have gotten from NordicTrack about it. The description clearly states 1 year of IFIT included, however, it was not included. I attempted to contact NordicTrack, IFIT, and everyone else I could think of to attempt to get my 1 year of IFIT, however, I got the same response every time. SILENCE. Never once did I get any response from them. I hope it doesn't break, because i'm guessing the support will be just as poor. ... show more

Style: RW 200 Rower
Do not buy unless you are willing to pay monthly for a subscription. The screen will be locked at “Hello” until you get that subscription. In the beginning you can unlock the screen for a month using a month free subscription but after that you are screwed. This is something they don’t tell you.
