It dries fast enough that it doesn’t transfer under my eyes, but still gives me enough time to layer before it sets. My lashes stay soft and flexible all day — no flaking, no spider-lash look. I pair it with theMaybelline Lash Sensational Sky High, and together they work wonders for my lashes and makes them longer and more full it's the best look. although it is a little hard to get off my bottom lashes thats the only reason it 4/5 stars.
