  • Great set
Size: 10pcs
I searched and searched for pots and pans, and came upon this set. Great price for the set. Granted I dont do alot of cooking, I only use the fry pans mostly, but they are really holding up. I am buying another set for my daughter.

  • Fast temp changes, but the handles get unexpectedly hot.
Size: 10pcs
Pros: -Easy to clean -Even heating -Lightweight, but seems solid Cons: -Unlike many other pots and pans, the handles heat up and can burn you if you're not aware

Some people have given a questionable review and I was hesitant to buy. I’m glad I tried them they are great. You can’t always go by someone’s opinion of a product. I just bought another set.

  • Practical Pot Set at Practical Price
Size: 10pcs
Update: Puchased in July use often now it is October and still happy with set. I haven't owned this set long so I will report again after some time. So far easy to cook and clean. Don't use high heat or anything that will scratch finish. I got the set during Prime days for 23% off and like the selection of pots and pans in the set. No wasted or unwanted pieces like a spatula you don't need. ... show more

  • They're so pretty and lightweight, it's more fun to cook!
Size: 10pcs
They really are non-stick … but NEVER, EVER use any sort of cooking oil that comes in a SPRAY CAN on these beauties, if you want them to stay that way! Hydrogenated vegetable oil is also a poor choice, as it will smoke at only 325° Fahrenheit. These are unrefined oils, with impurities that create a bluish smoke - and deposit a stubborn coating on the surface of your cookware that requires harsh scrubbing to remove, so if you cook with oil at a temperature higher than its smoke point, your lovely new cookware will lose its non-stick quality. If you want to use oil, select one with a HIGH SMOKE POINT. Avocado oil is pricey and not easy to find, but it has the highest smoke point (at 520° F.). Safflower oil is next (at 510° F.), and easily obtained at any grocery store. Other decent choices are: sunflower and soybean oils (both of which begin to smoke at 450-475°F), canola oil (at 425-475° F.), and corn oil (at 400-450°F.). If you want to sauté or sear a steak, safflower oil is probably your best bet. Butter, coconut oil (each at 350°), olive oil (325°-375°) and lard (at 375°) are risky, although clarified butter is safe up to 450°-475°F., because it becomes a refined oil. These pans heat quickly and evenly; in fact, I can cook at somewhat lower temperatures with these than with the Teflon-coated, heavy aluminum ones that have been replaced. If you make sure to avoid metal cooking tools and generally hand wash in warm, soapy water with a sponge or soft fabric dish cloth (to avoid the harsh, rather abrasive dishwasher detergents which can eventually scratch the coating), you will probably enjoy this remarkable cookware for a long time. ... show more

  • Beats the heck out of Teflon
Size: 10pcs
Have had this set for a few months now and I love it! Been looking for an alternative to replace my Teflon non-stick cookware. So many other brands can be pricey and I’d hate to spend the money and not be happy with the new set. The reviews plus the price gave me the courage to try ceramic based pans. I’m so glad I did! Pros: Food doesn’t stick. You can cook without oil if you want to. I even partially burnt sugar while making a fruit sauce for a dessert and all I did was let the cooled pot sit under the faucet at full blast and let the hardened mess dissolve away. Food cooks faster and more evenly and with less heat required. I have a glass/ceramic cooktop and they sit flush to the element. They just look so nice! To me the food looks so appealing as it’s cooking up. Cons: They are more delicate. You can’t go banging them around or using hard/ metal utensils in them or you will chip and scratch the ceramic. I recommend storing them with pan liners if you need to stack them on top of each other. It is very important to follow the guidelines for maximum temperatures and letting the pan cool completely before rinsing. I personally prefer to hand wash (or rinse) mine instead of placing them in the dishwasher. I feel machine washing and detergent would be more abrasive and lead to eventual loss of the non-stick quality. And since food comes right out with a quick rinse and wipe, it’s really no major effort. (And I HATE doing dishes by hand, so that should tell you how easy it is) ... show more
