It bridges the gap between traditional stainless steel and standard nonstick pans beautifully. The Honeycomb Design The standout feature is definitely the honeycomb texture. This raised stainless steel pattern protects the nonstick coating from direct contact with spatulas while allowing fat to circulate under the food. It creates a great sear (Maillard reaction) that you usually can't get with a flat nonstick pan, but the cleanup remains effortless. Pros: Why This Pan Wins • True Induction Compatibility: The magnetic base is high quality; it heats up quickly and evenly on my induction cooktop without any "buzzing" sounds. • Professional Feel: The stainless steel handle is securely riveted and stays relatively cool on the stovetop. It also feels balanced in the hand. • Oven-to-Table: Being oven-safe is a huge plus.
