The media could not be loaded. The pans are really pretty, and the lids fit nicely, but the set didn't come with instructions, so here's a video of how I put the handles on the pans. I used 2 washers per screw, both just under the head of the screw. They supplied 3 extra screws and washers. There's another video posted with a review that shows how to assemble the knobs on the lids. I did make sure they work with an induction stove, but I haven't used them yet. ... show more

When I first received it, the handle was sent wrong. After talking to customer service, a new set was quickly sent. The pot conducts heat very quickly and has no smell. The price is cheap. I hope it can be used for a longer time.

The pots and pans seem great but I haven't used them yet.. The screws they sent to put the handles on the lids of the pots are too short. I followed the instructions exactly on the video provided in the product description and I can't put this part in the pic on without taking the chance of breaking the glass. The knobs will just not even screw in with them on. I put the knobs on by themselves and they work fine but still.... You should be able to use all the parts that come with something. If you all could send me longer screws I'd appreciate it.. Thanks. ... show more

I didn’t realize I’d be putting the pans together until they arrived. And that’s on me bc there are tons of other reviews complaining about the same. The seller reached out independently to let me know that the video to assemble the pans is on the product page. I didn’t find it. Nonetheless, the issue is that I shouldn’t have to get back on Amazon to figure out how to assemble the pan. Only one of the handles were labeled so I use process of elimination for the other two. All of that is simple enough, however metal piece for the largest pan doesn’t fit. Which adds to my irritation. Why am I assembling pans?! Again, that’s my bad. I should’ve read the reviews but it would be great if the seller worked on something preventative. The sellers are nice enough, but this is about the product! ... show more
