This frying pan has quickly become one of the most reliable pieces of cookware in my kitchen. The stainless steel body feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it, which helps it sit firmly on the stovetop without wobbling. The nonstick surface works very well, eggs slide right off with very little oil, pancakes cook evenly, and fish can be flipped without the skin sticking or tearing. Heat distribution is consistent, so there are no hot spots when cooking vegetables or searing meat. I also like that the pan is oven-safe, which makes it convenient for recipes that start on the stovetop and finish in the oven. Cleaning has been simple; most of the time I just rinse and wipe it, and it still looks new after multiple uses. It is slightly heavier than a traditional nonstick skillet, but I think the weight adds to its durability and stability. Overall, this is a versatile frying pan that combines the ease of nonstick cooking with the strength of stainless steel. I like this frying pan. The handle remains cool and is super convenient. I like that it is safe for all stoves (including induction cookers). It can also be washed in a dishwasher and in an oven, making cleaning and cooking a breeze. Although the frying pan can be washed in the dishwasher, I always wash mine by hand because it's very simple. All I need to do is quickly wipe it with a sponge and a little bit of detergent, and the frying pan can be used for cooking again. In fact, after washing it by hand, it looks as new as if it was just taken out of the box. Another advantage of this frying pan is that the sides also allow you to cook more food, or you can use it to cook more liquid foods, such as foods with sauces, because the side height is very good. This frying pan quickly became my favorite cooking tool.

This frying pan heats quickly and evenly, and I’ve noticed food cooks more consistently compared to my older stainless pans. The non stick surface really does make a difference,, eggs and veggies slide out easily, and cleanup is simple with just a quick rinse. The surface goes right up to the rim, which makes the whole pan usable and not just the center. It feels sturdy in the hand and looks like it will last a long time. I usually like to bake on weekends, and the high temperature resistance of this pot surprised me. Small pizza and roasted vegetables can be directly in the oven, and the effect is better than I expected. It is also easy to stir-fry, and it will not stick to the pan or cause oil smoke. When friends come to the party, they use it to make a plate of garlic shrimp. It not only tastes good, but also washes quickly. To me, it has become an indispensable versatile player in the kitchen.

This nonstick frying pan has quickly become my go-to in the kitchen. The size is just right for making meals for one or two people, and it heats up evenly so everything cooks nicely. I've had this 12-inch non-stick frying pan with the lid for a few weeks now, and I'm super happy with it!
