Some normal seasoning is required, but is extremely simple to do. First thing I made were a few eggs and literally NOTHING stuck to the pants surface!! It’s the ideal combination for anyone seeking the durability of stainless steel without the frustration of food sticking. The honeycomb texture works like a charm. You can use metal utensils with care, and it won't scratch like conventional Teflon pans. It heats up very evenly. I’ve used it on my induction stovetop, and it responds quickly—perfect for searing meats or making fajitas with that professional golden finish. I love that it’s oven-safe; I can start a dish on the stove and finish cooking it in the oven without having to switch pans. Plus, the glass lid fits perfectly. It feels like a high-end product. Estoy encantado con este sartén si calidad es evidente desde su primer uso esa combinación de acero inoxidable con superficie antiadherente realmente lo hacen diferente puedo cocinar carnes o huevos con poco aceite sin que nada se pegue al fondo la distribución del calor es uniforme, lo que ayuda a que los alimentos se cocinen completamente de manera uniforme además la tapa incluida es un gran plus, ya que permite conservar mejor la humedad y los sabores.Otro punto a favor es su versatilidad lo he usado tanto en la estufa como en el horno sin ningún problema.

Estoy muy satisfecho/a con esta sartén Yonida. Desde que la empecé a usar, la diferencia es notable. El material se siente resistente y de muy buena calidad, y el diseño antiadherente funciona perfectamente: los alimentos no se pegan y se cocinan de manera uniforme. Además, es muy fácil de limpiar, lo cual ahorra mucho tiempo en la cocina. El mango es cómodo y seguro, y la tapa incluida es un gran plus para cocinar diferentes tipos de recetas. I was looking for something that didn't stick but was more resistant than common Teflon and this hybrid does well I have cooked meat and eggs with little oil and the heat is distributed very evenly throughout the base. The best thing is that when finished it is cleaned very quickly without having to carve hard which saves me a lot of time in the kitchen
