This chair is sturdy, strong and it is no light weight, it is hefty, 67 pounds, heaviest chair in this price range on Amazon, the base is all metal, it's a bit of a tank for a gaming chair which is good. My stats, I'm 6'0" around 235 lbs, so I'm not exactly light and unlike my previous chair that felt like it was about to snap off the base, this chair could handle someone far bigger than myself no problem. Comfort: The comfort level is great, lumbar control is nice, it's useful but not extensive, moves up and down inflates, deflates. It's nice to have it built in the chair instead of annoying pillows that I'll eventually throw in the closet and forget about. Speaking of pillows, it has a magnetic one on the headrest, super comfortable, small but it works especially when you lean back. The chair feels supportive, it is firm, a springy firm, it's not like a softy leather type chair, this is made to last as far as I can tell. Though If you need the comfy factor you could just grab a super plush throw blanket, lay it on the chair. I would call this chair more active comfortable, though I can sit through a movie and it's good all the way through. I'd say it's probably a 3-4 hour chair. It's spacious though and depending on your size it's easy to shift around, lay back, stretch, whatever you need to do if you tighten up. The armrests are fine, it's not a star here but doesn't detract from anything. Move them up, forward backward etc. The armrests are also sturdy though and it seems like they use quality materials for everything. Building the chair: I lollygagged a bit building the chair, notifications, poor attention span so it took probably an hour. If your focused you could easily build this in 30 mins or less. 2 sets of screws, 2 allen wrenches, screw them where they go, done. I do wanna say the packaging is immaculate, everything so well organized, when you open the package you'll be amazed. Definitely clear out some space for when you put this heffer together. The installation instructions are on a big poster board so but again it's not hard. Value and looks: I viewed every single chair, gaming, office, ergonomic, gaming recliner, everything on Amazon because I'm ocd. This chair is the best chair in this price point, I've always spent money on my office chairs, from big plush leather chairs to gaming chairs, I took a chance here because not only was the price outstanding but the quality seemed to hit above it's weight. Now that it's here, I can't get anything like this for less than 300-400 dollars especially at the big box stores. This chair stands alone at the 200 dollar price point, there's nothing even close to the feature set. The look too, the embroidery, carbon fiber accent on the wings, the impeccable red stitching, sleek matte black finish. A little velour patch with the manufacturing year upper part of the chairs wing, it's a nice touch. There's legitimate words on the chair too, the chair isn't Nunochukumon, Noble Rocker is a fine name, on the back it says Mars? That's where I wanna be so I'm fine with it. So it's presentable, looks wise, it looks great in a room, much better than most chairs. So in conclusion, I believe most will find this chair to their liking, it's bargain chasers dream, quality, lot's of quality with a hot sticker. I'm in they got a customer for good unless I they screw it up somehow lol.

Giving 5 starts mainly due to the customer service and the quality of the chair. There was a discrepancy with the chair's lumbar support I received and the details of the listing. Despite this discrepancy, the seller was very prompt and courteous in resolving the matter. I require additional Lumbar support, however if you are not requiring that, this chair is quite comfortable and supportive and feels very similar to a SecretLab chair. The current lumbar support it offers is most likely fine for most people. Their customer service is one of the best I have interacted with. Based on these factors I would recommend this as an alternative to SL if you are looking for a quality alternative at a more affordable price and only need basic lumbar support.

Very well built in all aspects. the chair itself arrives very well packed and easy instructions for assembly. I put the chair together in about 15 mins and that is with having a discussion with my wife and MIL during the assembly process so i was stopping and starting during that time. the only issue i have is the seat could have a little more cushion as I bought this chair due to me being 6'2" and 270 but it is still better than most. the other issue on this purchase was the shipping but it is a carrier problem as there were little damage points all over the box and 3 spots had holes through into the chair area, upon first inspection i didn't notice any internal damage so proceeded to assembly and was finished before I realized a small plastic pc broke off in the box ( a small 2' pc from the housing on the side of the connection from the seat to the back rest ). it is not a functional spot and not a spot that can be seen unless inspecting so I am going to live with it rather than taking this thing apart and returning for a new one.

Picked up the chair during Prime days earlier this month at 1/3 the cost of a SL Titan. The PU leather gives a nice sense of “premium feel” to it and makes my office smell like “new car” scent. Packaging and assembly instructions were top notch. Everything was meticulously packaged and labeled parts felt of good quality for the price. The pillow is one of my favorite parts of the chair. It’s magnetic so it stays in place and gives a “clean” office chair look and has a few inches of up and downward adjustment. Cushioning feels rather firm but not too soft. My previous office chair was an Autonomous “ergo” chair and there wasn’t nothing ergo about it. The cushion on it was very soft and mushy and I always wished it were firmer, the Noblerocker was a great upgrade from my previous office chair. Super comfortable for all day work (I WFH) and extended night time gaming sessions. Would highly recommend!!

I am by no means a gamer but always wanted a SecretLabs chair which are very $$$$$$$. Well, so glad I gave this a try. Sturdy, comfy, easy to assemble. I just wished i had the choice to customize the monogram. I guess Mars is ok. Otherwise looks and feels the same as the more expensive ones.

**** Final Update **** Replacement never arrived. I even asked for the failed part to be replaced, at my expense, and was denied. Do NOT purchase this item and do NOT purchase from this company. **** UPDATE**** After showing numerous reviews where many other chairs have broken in the exact same spot, the company has agreed to send me out a new chair. It should arrive later this week. I will look to see if they have fixed this obvious weak spot and post my findings here. **** Do Not Buy!!! 18 months after purchase, the weld around one of the wheel stem holes let loose, rendering the chair useless. Customer service says, “too bad, maybe a chair place can fix it, your warranty is up”. This chair is lightly used, always on a roller mat, and well taken care of. I have NEVER had a chair fall apart like this. DO NOT BUY!!! They will NOT stand behind their product. Total waste of money!!!
