So far I liked this couch futon. Quality is nice. Futon mattress is comfortable in my opinion. But Assembly even with help felt like IKEA difficult hours. But also why have spare parts? Thickness is not really sure on the thickness of the mattress. Maybe it could’ve been a little more thick. But not really. But also the con about the couch futon is Value of money. It feels like it was expensive. And also it’s a little complicated on how to get it to turn into a couch. So I leave as a bed. ... show more

Sturdy! Mattress is firm and thick but still soft. Assembly took time and concentration (and a second person for one of the last, short steps), and every piece was accounted for! The wood is even prettier than in picture. Drawers a little smaller than I expected (but they assemble and roll underneath easily). Arrived in four boxes--the fourth one (the mattress) a good week after the first three. Love the side "tables" that can be lowered and raised. First for over $900 I would expect much less assembly. Second the product feels like it's about to break at any minute it is rickety at best. Third it's impossible to convert this product back into a couch without at least two people. Which is absurd and just plain piss poor design. I am purchasing a lifting strap with a handle to make getting the backrest piece moving possible. Also it's made in Indonesia not America which it's clearly named to make you think is the case. Honestly this product is maybe worth $200 to $300 and that is with the Futon and drawers included not just the frame. ... show more

Very well made. Comfortable mattress. It pulls out to a bed easily by myself but getting it folded back to a sitting position is tough for one person. I basically had to pull the mattress off to accomplish it by myself. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

Great Futon! Assembly directions weren't the best but if u study the pieces n look at the pictures to match the parts it's not that hard to figure out. Quality is very solid and the mattress is very comfortable. Not too firm, not too soft... just right in my opinion but everybody's different. If I had one complaint it would be that it's a little tough to put back in the upright position without a 2nd set of hands probably due to the weight of the mattress. Small price to pay for the added comfort. Also the mattress was shipped about a week after the frame so don't expect it at once or panic if it doesn't show up together. All in all, great product, great packaging, would definitly recommend it. ... show more
