My living room isn't a huge space and I wanted a couch that not only fit properly but was functional. When I listed out what I wanted in a couch and what I was willing to pay I was only left with a handful of options. After scouring the internet for a week or so I found this one. It had everything I wanted, but reading some of the reviews made me timid to want to purchase. After weighing out the pros and cons and finding most of the cons were fixable. I noticed that many of the negative reviews were people complaining about a "cheap" couch or wishing they got more for their money. I think you need to be realistic about what you are purchasing. For a couch under $500 , it is perfect. The storage ottoman holds so much. We have all our board games under it and you can't even notice when you are sitting on it. No issues with randomly opening which I was worried about especially with my cat. The sleeper part is AMAZING!!! I thought we would only pull it out on an as need basis but we have it out all the time because the couch is a bit short without it. Is the couch a bit on the smaller side? Yes, but it is true to the measurements advertised. The charging ports aren't a high speed charging block, but the connivence of having them as you doom scroll on your phone is a huge plus. The back cushions are rather thin, but we used them as is for about 2 weeks before I got around to stuffing them myself. Even if we didn't it wasn't uncomfortable to sit against if you choose not to stuff them. The delivery was super quick. We ordered it on a Wednesday and was said to be delivered on Monday but we got it 2 days after purchasing it (both boxes) and put it together in under an hour before going into work. We have had this couch for 3 weeks now and have already fell asleep on it twice. I love it and could not be happier with my purchase. It was anxiety inducing ordering a couch off of Amazon but if it was this one I would 100% recommend doing so. That is if you just need a couch and are not looking for luxury. If it crosses my mind I will try to update again in a few months after very regular use , but for now extremely satisfied. ... show more

My daughter picked this sofa for her guest bedroom so she could watch TV. She’s not a big person and neither is her husband. The size was good for them. I also really like the quality of the fabric. It was a dense woven natural/synthetic fabric and it looked nice (see close-up photo in my review). It was a pain to put together and it’s not the highest of quality furniture that we ever bought, but for the price it worked for them. Beware the shipping is super high. Couch is exactly as described. Product came VERY WELL packaged and was very easy to assemble. It needed a total of 20 screws (installed with an allen wrench) and 8 legs that just push and screw in to assemble. then everything just locks together. It took me about an hour by myself. It is on the smaller side (dimensions on the image are correct) but for a sunroom that doesn't get used often - it's perfect. The cushion on the seats are a little firm but comfortable to me; however, I may end up getting thicker pillows for the back as those are pretty thin. We'll see over time if they continue to expand (cushions come shrink wrapped and take a few hours to inflate). The storage under the chaise and under the sofa bed is great! Very spacious. And the chaise has pneumatic lifts that allow it to stay up while accessing the storage. The arm rest storage is minor, but is a nice added bonus. The storage pockets on the outside are very small and very flimsy. I'd be afraid to put more than a magazine a piece in them. But not a deal breaker to me. For a $400 sofa - you can't beat it. You get what you pay for, of course a more expensive couch would be larger and softer. ... show more

Complete garbage. Over priced pos. Shipping was ridiculous. Nobody likes to waste money so go find something better. Seat broke 2nd night we had it. I had been looking for a futon or day bed for our park model home at our lake. Since they are basically trailer homes they are small and I needed something that would fit. This seemed like a decent choice as we're not up there all the time and nice to have a extra sleeping spot for company. Of course by the time I got it to the lake and set it up I was past the 30 day window and even if I had returned it I'd still be out $100 for the shipping. I didn't even bother to see if you'd have to pay to ship it back to them but I'm guessing so. The wood where the seat is at over the pull out section feels like 1/2 by 2 inch press board square with spring seat center. Just sitting on it the press board broke. I'm going to try to fix it by using real wood but for the price this thing should have better materials. I wouldn't even recommend for a kids room as they could go right through the seat and injure themselves if they were to jump on that section with the under section pulled out. Pretty easy to install. Not every screw/part is labeled so you have to do some guessing with the pictures. Easy to pull bed out for the most part. Only major problem I found is that the pull out section does not stay in place and does not fit snugly with the rest of the couch leaving gaps between the two which provides discomfort for sleeping. I’ll likely purchase a bed topper for sleep. However, again the pull out doesn’t stay in place do as I slept I felt it coming apart from the couch and had to keep pulling it back together. I checked manual and confirmed I did put it together correctly so not sure why it’s not fitting properly together without slipping apart frequently. It’s on the smaller side but that was expected. It’s firm but I like that and suppose it may loosen up over time. ... show more

I was looking for a couch small enough for a tiny home. When I found this couch, it checked all the boxes. The amount of storage in this couch is great for a tiny home. There are cupholders in both arms of the couch. Both arms lift up for additional storage. The chaise cushion also lifts for additional storage. There are built in charging stations on each arm and each side of the couch as additional storage for magazines and such. When it was time to put together, I was disappointed by the way the instructions were written. It was a bit confusing, but not too confusion that I couldn't figure it out. Also, when I lifted the chaise lounge to see the storage, the screws pulled right out of the wood. I was able to fix that problem with Gorilla Glue, but I should not have had to do that. One other thing is the description states the couch is 81 inches wide. This is false. The couch is 70 inches at best. For the price I paid including delivery, I should not have received damaged/broken property, I should not have had to glue the screws into the frame, and I was expecting ten additional inches of sitting area. I needed the couch for an overnight guest or I would have returned it. ... show more
