So easy to put together. It's very light, not bulky, but it seems very sturdy. It could be thicker and more comfortable. But some like it because it is solid making it easy to stand up (for the older crew who has trouble standing after sitting a while). The fabric is super soft and velvety.

Packaging was great, wish it did not use any Styrofoam but glad it was kept to a minimum. Instructions could use some work to be more user friendly but not an issue for me personally. Assembly was easy. I used a power drill with my own bits but glad it came with its own tools. Now to review the product itself...small and perfect just as described. The fabric is a little stiff but I'm guessing it will soften with time but I do plan to keep some throw on it anyways. Absolutely love the three positions, just what my man cave room in the house needed. My only real complaint is the seat are not comfortable at all very stiff would have given it a 5 star otherwise but not a big deal as I will be purchasing something cushy to sit on but really wish I didn't have to. ... show more

If I could review a negative number I would do it. The sofa is actually awful. Nothing can convince me that you need this couch. I wouldn't let a dog sit on this sofa and definitely not a human. The sofa is small, rock hard and ridiculously uncomfortable. DO NOT GET IT. Please do not make the mistake of ordering this sofa unless you are 100% sure you want it. If you don't want it, you will have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars to return it and if you've built and you do not like it. They will only offer you a 50% compensation because the company is ridiculously greedy. I contacted them so I could return the sofa and their "solutions" were to either pay the HUNDREDS of dollars in shipping, give to family or friends or donate it. Why am I spending $700 dollars to buy two sofas just for me to have to pay 1000 dollars to send it back. That is actually crazy. And if I did return it, I would only get a 50% return compensation which is $356. So, I spend 1700 dollars on this damn sofa only to get refunded 356 dollars. 356 DOLLARS. And the amount of times I had to lift FOUR boxes around- one sofa comes in two different boxes that can arrive at different times which is also just equally stupid -to three different postal services just to be told that I cannot return it. And when I attempted to communicate to the seller, The seller could not help me any further. So, the lesson I've learned is to not waste money on this specific company because they are not helpful in any way. In conclusion, just go to a store in your area and save the money to buy a high quality couch. ... show more

This sofa is advertised as a queen size but it is not even close. It is actually 4 inches NARROWER and 8 inches SHORTER than a FULL size. Sleeping area is 50" x 67" so there are no mattress covers nor fitted sheets that fit such an odd size. Even full size is too big. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Not a soft couch but comfy enough. At least one will not fall down into it like sofa sleepers have a habit of doing. I like that one can pull out the trundle and use like a recliner to put the feet up on. ... show more

I was very worried about buying a convertible loveseat/lounger/bed right unseen. 》I am happy to report that this item is well made, easy to assemble, seemingly durable when assembled, mechanically sound, and both looks and operates as advertised. 》The surface cushions/foam fill are more firm than one would like for an everyday sofa or guest bed, but suitable for occasional/guest seating. In my opinion, it is not suitable for sleeping - too hard. 》I have a 3" memory foam mattress pad and a bamboo extra fluffy mattress pad cover on the sofa. I leave it in lounge mode mostly since I work remotely and it's comfortable when working on my laptop. ... show more

I cannot suggest anyone purchases this set. The instructions had parts of it that listed the incorrect parts. Some steps were just incorrect or missing entirely. Pieces were mislabeled or missing labels. If someone would like to reach out from the company I can explain where your errors are in the instructions. The main 3 different sized bolts to get the seating portion in place were about a quarter inch too short making install a huge pain. When I did get it all together the product itself is fine. It's pretty firm so you may need a topper, that's a whatever thing. ... show more
