The couch came nearly assembled. Just screw on the legs and set upright. It was purchased as a seating area in my 32ft travel trailer. We selected this one for the width and ability to get it in the trailer. My grandson that 7 uses it nightly. We have it set up as a couch during the day. Quality is what you don't pay for so don't expect a lifetime product. After using it for a couple of months I do notice a few items. The arm rest Velcro system is silly. I'm gonna remove the Velcro on the couch itself because the cushions don't stay and the Velcro will do it's damage to clothes and fabrics. The center pull down arm rest is not super sturdy and I won't use it for my grandson because it's not stable enough to not slosh about. The staples areas around the armrest are also coming apart and I saw a pointy area I had to fix. I point this out because of my other grand Babies and their little fingers getting stuck on the staples is a cry no one is trying to hear... Over all it's a solid four. It's actually serving it's purpose but it was purchased for a tiny home environment and a child and short adult to use / sleep on. All of my normal height friends kinda look like giants on the couch. I'm 5'2 so it's perfect for me and the length is okay for me as well. The padding and comfy sleeping is not adult friendly but I have a pad I throw in for my grandson. This is the most terrible piece of crap you could possibly ever buy. The couch you find on the street is probably more comfortable. It’s absolutely useless. It’s painful on your butt and back. It is low and very uncomfortable. I purchased it because I needed an extra bed for family that was visiting. It was easy to put together so I’m hoping it’s easy to take apart for moving purposes. We keep it as a day bed in the living room. It is low and uncomfortable so I put one of those ikea long kid twin foldable mattresses on it and that actually makes it comfortable. And longer. It’s a nice color. I use the rest pillows for back support against the wall. I made it work. Quality seems fine. The media could not be loaded. Watch my review video for a detailed review. But I give this couch 4 stars. The comfort out of 10 is about maybe a 5.7 - 6. It’s not as bad as the reviews make it seem. I don’t think you should be busying this as a bed UNLESS you like firm mattresses. This is a couch that CAN be used as a bed if NEEDED. Just layer a blanket on the bottom and you’ll be good. ⭐️ Comfort: 5.7 - 6 / 10 ⭐️ Price: Paid $149 but I feel like it’s worth $100 - $110 at most. Cons: The arm rests serve no purpose. They are flimsy and only attached by cheap Velcro. When you remove them, you will need to use a blanket on the bottom or you will be sitting on uncomfortable Velcro. Arm rests are also taking up space on the couch if you use the cup holder. Overall: 4 stars out of 5. The couch is very retro and fun. Very easy to assemble.
