It's a really nice product. I've been pleased with my Ninja Coffee maker and so I wanted to get this as well to replace my pot-style drawer air fryer that is OK but I would prefer a oven style door instead. We don't need to do the flipping up to save space but tested it out. It's heavier than you might think but it cools off first and lets you know when to flip it up. Not hard to do. But the most important thing is that it seems to cook food really well. We've reheated pizzas and cooked chicken nuggets and other nugget style foods. ... show more

This is definitely great to cook meals for the family in and has the internal space to hold several servings rather than one or two which is why we bought something larger. The only downer is because its a little larger it will take longer to get up to temperature but I can totally live with that trade off. ... show more

Heats up fast, and cooks well and evenly. looks good. This should be ATLEAST an inch taller. this is for small foods, but can fit a large amount of small food. and puts out AMPLE heat. probably 2 racks of wings, 40 total. I like collecting the drippings from chicken etc, because its the best part, and makes it easier to clean. To cook a chicken thigh for example, you have to set the shallow pan+cooling rack, (which arent even made to be ontop of eachother) ONTOP of the heating element, not on the rack, not even in the rack slot. Otherwise, skin bubbles up, touches the top heaters, and sets off smoke alarms. quality product, I paid about $120 renewed, it's well enough. I purchased a refurbished oven and it seems it wasn’t even open! Great quality, still trying to understand exact minutes for broiling meats, but other than that it works it beautifully. The best part is that I flip it and takes no counter space. My counter looks clean and organized

I love it overall, and use it almost every day, often multiple times in a day. I don’t think I’ve turned my oven on since buying this. Problems: 1) When you flip it up, if there is any oil from what you cooked that dripped down, it will leak behind the unit causing a big mess. You MUST clean before flipping up. 2) Uneven cooking - one side gets a little more burned than the other. It’s not too bad and maybe I just got a lemon - I did get a refurbished unit. 3) The flat baking sheet is absolutely impossible to clean. I don’t even use it anymore. It has stuff caked on that cause the unit to smoke. I tried running it through the dishwasher but that stuff is stuck on for real. The basket is easier to clean and that’s what I usually use anyway. Overall though, I’m very happy I got this. I use it for so many things. I like that it has a “bake” option and that temperature goes up so high. Also, the preheating process is so fast it’s ridiculous. I would recommend this and buy it as a gift. ... show more
