Having used these pans for about 9 months now, I can really say it still holds up to what it says as nonstick. It does need for you to heat it up first for about few mins (3-4) as per instructions in order for it to be truly nonstick. Though I still coat/brush lightly with butter or oil specially when making pancakes because it brings out the golden color and it makes it tastier. So the butter/oil for me is basically for taste and presentation.

Now that I have had this pot for about a year, I must say it is the best pot I've ever potted. I use it mostly to make popcorn, which thrashes most pots. This pot, however, is a perfect pot to pop popcorn. It's not sticky inside like my other popcorn pots, the coating is in perfect condition, and I do use it for other things besides popcorn. I would buy a whole set of these pots, but they ain't cheap. However, if you want a pot that holds up, this pot is your pot.

I was fed up with my wife buying crappy pans at Wally World. She couldn’t believe I spent $110 for 2 Ninja Pans. Meanwhile she’s cooking on a warped pan that anything will stick onto and be a pain to clean. Now she understands and loves them. Just cook at the proper temperature. Not too cold not too hot. They are thick enough to stay at a constant temp and so far nothing sticks. You can literally just wipe it with a paper towel and everything comes off. Best pans ever!

Perfect size for two eggs sunny-side uop or over easy. Oil not needed since eggs slide off without sticking; however, can use butter or oil to add a taste component. The 8 inch size is also perfect for crepes. If oil or butter is used, it cleans without any abrasive... just dish soap and water... just slosh around and rinse.

First off, I cook in stainless steel pans. However, I also love me some eggs, all styles, and stainless steel can be a major pain for cooking eggs without using a bunch of oils or sprays. I purchased this just for that reason. Side note: These are not the lesser quality ones you buy at Wal-Mart or Target. Don't be fooled by their lower prices. YES YOU CAN FRY AND EGG WITHOUT BUTTER/OIL! I see a lot of reviews saying it stuck to the pan. You MUST get the pan hot. If you crack an egg and it isn't hot enough, it will stick, but if it is hot enough it will not. With that out of the way, I always add a tiny bit of butter or oil (I like a chili infused for my eggs). Do not use cooking spray. This will ruin the pan overtime. The reason I do is for 2 reasons, to introduce a little extra flavor and because there is no way things will ever stick even if you mess up the temp a little. Clean up is also super easy. I let the pan cool, rinse it with some hot soapy water, and dry. I went on to buy a much larger version and a large sauté pan because of how easy cleanup is. Some of my meals I cook can get messy/burnt on when using stainless steel, so I now have a set of pans to breakout for certain recipes. If I hadn't invested a bunch into my cookware I currently have, I very well might get a complete set of NeverStick.
