Ordered sauce pan based on claims by the manufacturer. Total non-stick and more stable a higher temperatures. After a month of use we are just thrilled with this sauce pan. Was a bit skeptical when we 1st received because there is a rough texture to the pan coating both inside and out - which at 1st blush would not be something you would want. However, after a few uses I will say that there is no issues with food items sticking to the surface of the sauce pan. In fact, this is the easiest sauce pan that I have ever cleaned. Most of the time we just run under water and it cleans itself. Sometimes there may be some dried sauce that wants to stick to the sauce pan but a 1 min soak in water lifts that up and away with no issue. We still do wipe the pan with a sponge but it really is not nessasary. We are very careful to not use metal utensils for our non-stick cookware but I really don't know if it would make a difference if we did - coating is just tough. Tough as nails. I know with previous sauce pans that cost us a significant pretty pennies, and that even as careful as we were to not use any metal utensils - they would get scratches somehow in the non-stick coating. Not this pan. I hope to remember to do an update after some time has passed with usage but so far incredibly impressed. ... show more

I have tried many different pots and pans, and I have had trouble with every one because the nonstick coating starts peeling. These pots and pants do not scratch or peel, even if you scrub them with a SOS pad. The food does not stick to the bottom. They do take a little longer to heat up, but it is certainly worth the wait. I am replacing all of my other frying pans and cooking pots with this brand. ... show more

We absolutely love Ninja products and have been slowly replacing our current pots and pans with this brand. They are very durable and long lasting. This item my complaint is for the handling and labeling of the product. This Item arrived damaged to the point that it had to have been forcefully hit against something to sent it in that bad. It’s still usable, but it was listed as “Used -Very Good” when it should have been listed as “Used -acceptable”. The pictures don’t show it that well, but it is dented in pretty good. It’s is still usable though. ... show more

This pot is one of the very best non stick well made 3.5 pots I've ever owned - To find this size is not easy and to finally find it so well made i a dream come true for me - the bottom on it is amazing -very thick and heavy -no crap on this pot -super non stick - nice heavy glass lid with a heavy stainless rim - so important to me as I had a Rachel Ray glass lid explode on a large stock pot and the red handle actually blew pff of it and almost hit my face but hit the ceiling and crashed on to my stove - photos are on my iphone -scared the life out of me - been cooking a lifetime and never had such a thing happen before - buy this pot -take it from a gal that has been cooking a lifetime -it's a winner ! ... show more
