Amazing toaster oven +...I have used all the included accessories to bake biscuits, make a pizza, air fry onion rings, and veggie burgers. It has a HUGE capacity and takes up so little room on the counter when folded up. I bought an extended warranty in case the refurb fails down the road, but it arrived like new, included a baking sheet, cooling rack, baking rack, and air fryer basket, as if I had just bought it brand new from a big box store. It was a steal at $98 considering all the belles and whistles. I also love that the oven has a light and it turns on with 30 seconds to go so you can see if your food is done or needs a little more time. Adjusting every setting is so easy and everything I have made has come out great. Clean up is so easy, I think the accessories are dishwasher safe but they are so small that handwashing is a breeze and then its ready for the treat! ... show more

Fantastic! Arrived quickly. Bought it refurbished but it arrived in new looking condition. All parts included-air fryer basket, baking tray and two racks. Super easy to use. Buttons on right for time, mode, etc. Has multiple different functions (10) I have only used air fry and bake. It warms up super quickly-maybe 60seconds. The timer is in large size and lights up when in use- so very easy to see from across the kitchen. Bright Light inside oven is handy. Like the large flat rectangular basket & baking sheet better than the other smaller air fryer basket. Plenty of room to spread out the food. Have used it daily since it preheats in seconds and cooks in minutes. Bought the 100 sheet precut parchment paper that fits the basket and baking pan. Makes cleaning up a breeze. Did wrap the bottom sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup-suggested by other reviewer. So nice it can be flipped up in it’s side when not in use. Would definitely buy again! ... show more

What a great appliance! It seems well made and has clear options and easy controls for cooking. I typically don't use an air fryer, but many friends and family members do. I saw the flip up at a friends house and decided to try it at home. It's so convenient for one person to cook good meals. I'm an empty nester and single so stopped heating up the whole oven to make meals for myself but love to cook. This Ninja is convenient. The first day I got it I roasted some asparagus, and broiled chicken. I've made a pan of manicotti for two people, used the air fryer for wings. Frying in oil is faster for sure, but it's nice to put the wings in the airfryer while preparing other items. Clean up is so much easier. The fact that if flips up and out of the way makes this even more attractive, since it's space saving in my smaller kitchen. I mistakenly bought two, and was going to return one but gave it as a gift! ... show more

I love the product, does all it says! Only thing I do not like-No paper copy of instructions in box. Instructions are only on line, you can print them but….due to their pdf layout that is not normal printer paper size it prints very small. You need a magnifying glass to read. I am guessing it needs legal size printer paper to print readable-added expense:( ... show more

    • Works great and love how easy it is to use.
The media could not be loaded. When I bought this I wasn't sure it would work on foods I normally cook. First test cornbread in a 8" cast iron skillet. Did a great job(I did preheat the cast iron skillet because a cold skillet will change cooking time. Second test pizza with lots of added ingredients. As you can see it turned out awesome. However, I did lower the temp after 10 minutes because it was browning to fast. Next time I will cook the pizza on the lower rack. Third was of course was a pan of brownies,which did take longer to cook because I did not preheat the pan before I added the brownie mix ,so heating the iron pan caused the cooking time to be off and it took longer to cook. This Ninja oven is well made and large enough to hold a 12" cast iron skillet. My next test will be using the air fryer. I am happy so far with this purchase . There is a learning curve cooking in this oven due to size and cookware you use. Read all the instruction,and you should find this to be a great way to prepare foods. ... show more

We love this thing. I wish there was a stainless steal pan, instead of the thin pan it comes with stuff does burn on the edge. This is our second of the same exact oven. It heats up really quick and makes our sweet potatoes every morning. We do salmon and wings and toast in it regularly too. Used many times a day. It starts to smoke with salmon after the second cook. You can open it up and try and clean everywhere but its impossible to clean the fan area and under the heating elements well. We are less than a year out and it takes 5 minutes longer to cook everything than the beginging and the fan is making a horrible noise. This thick gunk leaks out over the counter for the last 6 months and still happens right after cleaning everything you can reach. If you dont make salmon or chicken in this thing I bet it would last much longer. Update they honored the year long warranty, so hopefully the next fan lasts longer! ... show more

I really like this ninja air fryer oven. It heats up almost immediately, there is lots of room inside, and there are many functions. I have used it every day and it works phenomenally well. This was the first time I have ever purchased anything that had been refurbished from Amazon and I have to say I’m very pleased with everything so far. I have not owned it very long, but so far so good! It came in pristine condition, and it was packaged very well, although it did not come in the original packaging, but I did not care about that. I also should say it gets very, very hot, (if you are using the higher settings) and I have ordered a heat mat to put under it just to be safe, as I have laminate countertops.
