I'm a 72 yr old woman and couldn't lift the box so I had someone bring it in for me. Once i opened it I didn't realize that i would have to assemble it. oh my gosh. It took 3 hours to assemble it as it requires us to have the strength to maneuver the actual mini elliptical and at times it would fall on my leg. Ouch. I was on the floor assembling it and kept making mistakes. So I walked away for 10 minutes and when I came back it all starting making sense about which parts to use. It's 5 steps and I got it done. Once assembled I dragged it to where I wanted to place it. I did 1 mile and was so proud of myself after recovering from 2 knee replacement surgeries. Now I love that I did the work yesterday to assemble this and my goal is to do 1 mile a day for a week and then increase it until I get to 5 miles a day. Why don't I just walk? because my balance still isn't back yet from the surgeries and I now have to see a neck doctor to prevent me from getting neck spasms and migraines. I know that i have a lot of challentttivges but i'm taking care of each one and buying this mini elliptical was the solution. I'm SO happy I have it now and recommend it to anyone doing physical therapy. It makes you feel so good after you've used it. PS. The resistance bands are no joke. I can't wait to add them to build upper body strength. UPDATE. Now that I've been using it for 4 days I found 2 negatives. All of these reviews are for all the different models that they carry and not specifically to the one i bought. 1. The Display Mode doesn't light up at all. When I use it at night I have to use a flashlight in order to see how far I've peddled. 2. It supposed to Scan the time, distance, calories, speed but it skips over the time. This is important for me so I'm disappointed. Once again, had I known that the display doesn't light up and that I had to assemble it, I would have chosen a different brand and paid more money. It's deceptive when you have reviews for ALL of the different brands and types of mini elliptical instead of the actual models. I recommend that you ONLY read what your model comes with and what it doesn't include.
