The media could not be loaded. Way better than what I was expecting. This is make your car feel new, fixing what this car lacks which is an overall quality infotainment system. I had zero issues so far and I’m 3 weeks in. I recently Added a sim which makes it better so I don’t have to hook up hotspot every time I want to watch YouTube. You don’t need it if you plan on using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I don’t recommend using those because the on board apps and better and faster anyway. I highly recommend getting one of these for your car especially if you drive daily like I do. Instillation was really easy especially for someone that didn’t want to installing it themselves like me. It only took for 3 hours. Better than spending $300 to get it put in. Watch some videos and you’ll be good. There’s really no wrong way on installing it. I give it a 9.5/10 the only thing that bothers me is sometimes the on board voice commands with stop your music because I guess it thought you wanted to say something. That can get annoying but other than that it’s been great

It is great. Looks a lot better than the oem screen that comes with the q50. The only downside is that android auto would not work wireless but wired works perfect. Apple carplay works instantly wired and wireless. I have contacted customer service and they do not respond it has been the only issue so far.

This a definitely an upgrade to the stock system of the Infinity Q50/Q60. I installed mine in a 2017 Q60s. The screen is very nice and it fits perfectly into the stock system location. Installation is not too difficult and there are some youtube videos to assist you with the install. I like that this unit is android and just about any app from the play store can be installed and work. The screen is great even with off center viewing from the seats. It is difficult to see while wearing polarized sunglasses, but if you lean a little to get a centered view, the screen is viewable. I've only had this for a month, so some of the negatives may be just because I haven't figured things out yet. If you have solutions to my negatives, please speak up. The radio remains with the stock system, so there is no software version on the unit (as a side note, there is no antenna jack on the Aucar unit). What I don't like is that if you want sound from the Aucar unit, the sound source needs to be switched to AUX as all apps installed on the unit use that source, but the radio uses the AM/FM/SXM source. So, if you're listening to the radio you will not hear direction prompts from whatever app you use for maps. I does not switch back and forth automatically. It you are listening to tunein or some other app source you're okay, but not with the OEM radio. I assume it would be the same situation if you use bluetooth music from your phone. Another thing is, when I start the car up I never know what will be presented on the screen. Will it be the climate control, the built in launcher, or something else? Also the screen may change when the cameras pop up from reverse or the sensing of some obstruction. Sometimes the radio will switch to AUX during the camera popups. I also had issues with the included music app that would not play music from the units memory. When it did play, if I tried to switch to next song, it started flipping through all the songs one after another without playing them. I just downloaded a different app from the playstore and it works fine. I'm guessing that it's difficult to integrate the OEM systems with an aftermarket unit and keep all the features, so I'm trying not to be too hard on the unit. But, the unit is a little buggy and I'm hoping for an update to cure some of the issues. In summary, I'm happy with the unit. Not "very" happy, but I'm willing to put up with a few issues for the versatility that I've gained with the unit. With familiarity over time, you can implement work arounds. I wish I had access to the "factory settings" that require a pass code as I think I could possibly get some of the issues resolved. Anyone know what the pass code is? I've tried dozens of codes I've found on youtube and other articles, but none have worked. Another solution might be the Sergey firmware (google it) that is available for the Mark 5 but not yet available for the Mark 6.

OMG. where has this product been hiding. This is by far the best improvement to my 2018 Q60. Install was relatively straightforward thanks to YouTube. You do need to be a little tech savvy to get the initial setting just right … but after that … wireless Apple Car play and mobile Hotspot both working perfectly. It’s basically a huge Android tablet for your Q. This seller was great and responded to inquiries promptly. Fit is perfect to the car and looks awesome. I brought my car into my local Infiniti dealer and the service guys were blown away. A +++

A lot of bugs and issues. As of now my back up camera no longer show up on the screen. The apple carplay function doesn’t work. And the display says my door is open when it isn’t. 1/10 Cause it looks nice . Worse thing all the problems started 2 days after my return window

The media could not be loaded. I see alot of people complaining about this screen, but every issue I've had was fixed with the updates on the AuCar website. Just like everything else we use, Phones, Tablets and etc you keep up with the updates your device runs smooth. I highly recommend the MK6, make sure you pick up the warranty. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
