I have 2 stepsons (10 and 16). They are only with us half of the time but it's safe to say that they absolutely love their bunk bed. Assembly took a long time. I definitely recommend a power drill and the proper bits to reduce the time. My hubby wanted to make sure the top bunk was extremely secured so he got extra pieces of wood from home depot (personal preference). Hopefully, it last for awhile.

The value you get for the price is satisfactory. If you spend more you can certainly get better quality, but as a starter bunk bed for two children who will absolutely destroy their room over the years, this work well. The instructions were a bit difficult to understand, so it will certainly take you a few hours to assemble with a second or third person. There were a few dents and dings, but nothing too crazy.

Would have given 4 stars due to receiving a duplicate part causing me to be short one critical piece, very questionable directions, and paint job that missed in a couple spots, but product support was fantastic. I just had to wait for the correct part to arrive. Overall build quality is decent for the price and I'd recommend it.

It looks nice if you have the time to put it up. It took my handyman of a husband 2 days to finish because the instructions were very difficult to follow. There were parts missing and required a Home Depot run. It literally comes in pieces and several boxes. Took the Amazon man two trips with a dolly. It gets the two stars only because it does look very nice once done.
