Bought this to start out my weight loss journey! It came 90% assembled. It is sturdy and well made. It is quiet. It is a great workout, it's not easy but you can feel it working your muscles. Worth every penny. My grandson also enjoys using it he is 8!

This machine is good for what it is. The size and portability are great! I just find that it is rather loud, unsure how some of the reviews mention it’s silent. Nevertheless I put on a show and can ignore the sound, and I’d recommend!

The stepper itself is really smooth. I’ve tried others before, but this one has a more natural motion that doesn’t feel too harsh on my knees. The resistance is adjustable, which is perfect for mixing up my workouts. I also love the digital display—it tracks my steps, calories burned, and workout time, which helps me stay motivated. My favorite feature is the built-in resistance bands. They add an extra challenge, allowing me to work on upper body strength while doing my steps.
