Very disappointed of this product, I was able to get only 1 batch of chicken from it, broke on the second batch, it is not controlling the temperature and overheating the eggs, it also keeps making an intermitent beep, I unplug, and plug back to the power and it is ok for about 2 min and it starts beeping again.

Arrived 02/12/24. Hatched 1 batch of chicks. Went to start the 2nd batch today (3/19/24) and it won't turn on. Return window closed on the 13th. We've had budget friendly incubators in the past but this takes the cake on being bad quality. Update: I've updated from 1 Star to 3 because customer service has been top notch. Amazon customer service worked with me to allow the return after the window closed. Then, the seller reached out with options on how to make this right. For this reason I feel better Knowing that if I buy from this seller in the future that they will stand by their product.

Many of the lower end incubators out there are not worth the money you spend on them. I have now hatched a round of chicken eggs with it and I am ducks with it now.

There is no way to control the humidity level. In the beginning you need around 35%. Then during lockdown between 70 to 80%. If you try to lower the humidity by taking the water out then all the unit does is beep beep beep. If I put water in it, it runs around 60 to 65%. That’s just too high for a good hatch.

All this machine does is beep beep beep... For no reason. All levels are correct and running.. The alarm just keeps going off. Worked for chicken eggs, not for duck or goose. Machine now asks for water every. single. day. Something isn't right with it.
