I love it! My fridge looks brand new! I was able to take stains off that were stuck there for years! Not only the fridge but my floors, walls, stove, and oven!

Took a few pics of different stages of cleaning to show difference. Easy enough set up. To fill the tank was also painless and attaching all necessary parts was easy. The first few pics are the beginning stages, I selected the straight brush to begin cleaning just the grouted areas. They floor was really gross (kitchen) so I definitely expected the brush to be worn. It did a great job in treating the area, the steam power was sufficient and I only used the 2nd level power for most areas and then turned it on the 3rd level when necessary. I then went over the actual tiles with the triangle brush to scrub whatever grime we had stuck to the tile and then lastly used the cloth to do a thorough cleaning. I am pleased with the outcome and will be using this weekly to clean to the space. The brushes were fairly easy to clean and the cleaning pad was easy to wash also. I'll looking for replacement parts to stock when needed but overall great buy. I'd recommend 4 outta 5!👌🏾 BTW, I only used water to steam clean and then when using the cloth pad I added a small bit of vinegar to the water, as recommend by our tiler.

I love this steam mop. It is lightweight and easy to use. heats up fast and the floor dries quickly. i have also used it to clean up messes my kids leave on walls or even in the car and it is amazing!

I really do like this machine. I use it mostly for my floors and bathrooms, and it's been great for the most part. My only complaint is the squeegee attachment. It started coming apart after only the second use, even though I was really gentle and only used it on my glass shower door and bathroom mirror. I can push it back on, but it won't stay, and it's very annoying. Other than that, I haven't had any other issues.

Yall, I’ve never in the 10 years that I’ve owned this oven cleaned it except for the attempt I made a week ago that failed miserably… this thing made it so easy!!! Like, I can actually see into my oven when something is cooking! I’ve also tried it on my laminate floors (this won’t be a normal thing because I’m not sure if it’ll eventually start to wear them down) but I have a Great Dane whose not fixed yet and leaves smegma EVERYWHERE, if you know you know, but it cleaned it up without me having to scrub or get on my hands and knees. I’ve also tried it on my walls for the same reason, came off, the window squeegee, worked wonderfully. I know nothing about steam cleaners but this is by far my new favorite cleaning tool and will be cleaning literally everything in my house. The different steam settings are a nice touch, the highest one scared me a little bit but I needed it for the oven. It doesn’t leak, I had this thing upside down and sideways. Not heavy at all, only thing I wish it had was a little bigger water tank but like I was using the higher settings so makes sense. Cord length is pretty decent, I have an open floor plan so I’d have to unplug it for each room basically to get all the floors.

Purchased Feb 2024 and have been in love ever since. It heats up quickly, comes with an assortment of different heads to clean a variety of areas, and produces a significant amount of steam. However, I have found it impossible to use the mop even with attachments if I need the steam to travel Up (like cleaning showers, ceilings, etc) which is slightly disappointing because I feel like I don’t get proper use out of all the attachments. In Sept 2024, I was using the mop and heard a loud “pop” noise— the steam mop then began leaking significantly. Thankfully, there is a 1 year warranty on the product so after talking with their customer support, I was shipped a replacement unit for free! New unit works like a dream. Now the test will be if it will last longer than 6-7 months. Overall, I absolutely recommend this product.
