This is a great steam mop. It is very versatile and easy to use and cleans the Taranation out of dirty floors, walls, and showers. Fantastic in the bathroom and you should see what it does on a dirty oven and outdoor grill. Oh, and my cents good filters look like the day I bought them. My granddaughter borrowed mine and loved it so much that I had to replace it. Thinking about putting a tracking device on this one so if it disappears I will be able to tell which of my girls " lifted" it. You won't regret buying one but be sure and get extra replacement pads. They are washable and reusable!

Purchased Feb 2024 and have been in love ever since. It heats up quickly, comes with an assortment of different heads to clean a variety of areas, and produces a significant amount of steam. However, I have found it impossible to use the mop even with attachments if I need the steam to travel Up (like cleaning showers, ceilings, etc) which is slightly disappointing because I feel like I don’t get proper use out of all the attachments. In Sept 2024, I was using the mop and heard a loud “pop” noise— the steam mop then began leaking significantly. Thankfully, there is a 1 year warranty on the product so after talking with their customer support, I was shipped a replacement unit for free! New unit works like a dream. Now the test will be if it will last longer than 6-7 months. Overall, I absolutely recommend this product.

This thing gets HOT! I was very surprised on how hot it actually gets and in such a short time. Great steam mop that's easy to use. Decent water reservoir size, too! Just be careful on hardwood as the heat will damage your floors if you keep in one spot for too long!

If you’re anything like me, you are easily discouraged from mopping due to the added steps (filling the mop bucket, dragging it around, dumping & cleaning it, cleaning the mop head, and leaving everything out to dry). This is the perfect solution! Pros: + packaged well & very easy to put together + comes with a bunch of extra cleaning attachments (I probably won’t use, but maybe you will!) + the mopping pads are easy to clean and dry quickly + easy to fill up tank thanks to the little pitcher provided + cord is long enough to cover a large area, decreasing the amount of times needed to unplug and plug back in elsewhere + gets hot enough to clean floor just as well, if not better than, a traditional mop. + chemicals are definitely not required due to the temp the water gets to, but I like to add a vinegar solution for that added freshness. + one tank full can cover my entire apartment (2 bed, 2 bath all hardwood besides bedroom) + ease of storage. Although there isn’t an area to wrap up the cord, I can easily wrap it up in my hand and place it inside of the handle. + so far no leakage + I have yet to use it to steam my rugs, but I’m excited that it is an option + definitely worth its price compared to other products Cons: - nothing!! I absolutely love this product

I liked this initially, it was fast to work, and while it seemed to push dust or dirt rather than absorb with the pad. I've had another brand years ago that was much better. Yesterday it broke after 8 months and that's disappointing. Even being lackluster, it was still usable. It does come with a lot of attachments and those were really the star for detail cleaning.

Took a few pics of different stages of cleaning to show difference. Easy enough set up. To fill the tank was also painless and attaching all necessary parts was easy. The first few pics are the beginning stages, I selected the straight brush to begin cleaning just the grouted areas. They floor was really gross (kitchen) so I definitely expected the brush to be worn. It did a great job in treating the area, the steam power was sufficient and I only used the 2nd level power for most areas and then turned it on the 3rd level when necessary. I then went over the actual tiles with the triangle brush to scrub whatever grime we had stuck to the tile and then lastly used the cloth to do a thorough cleaning. I am pleased with the outcome and will be using this weekly to clean to the space. The brushes were fairly easy to clean and the cleaning pad was easy to wash also. I'll looking for replacement parts to stock when needed but overall great buy. I'd recommend 4 outta 5!👌🏾 BTW, I only used water to steam clean and then when using the cloth pad I added a small bit of vinegar to the water, as recommend by our tiler.
