I have extremely severe sleep problems and insomnia related to shattering experiences, traumas and losses in recent years. The detrimental effects of long-term sleep deprivation are quite real and quite dangerous. Efforts made and tools tried toward any sleep would fill 2 pages at Amazon! Suffice it to say that nothing (inc. CBD, for which I held high hopes) has worked. (As a "nature girl," I steer clear of prescriptions.) At another's recommendation, I tried this product. Because I'm a real lightweight sensitive with substances, including herbals, I did trial runs to gauge body response, both in quantity and time before desired "bedtime" (as if!). Zyflamend recommends 2 caps nightly. Was too much for me. Though it seemed to deepen my sleep — if I got into slumber — but left me groggy, depressed, slow the next day. I tried 1 cap nightly. Wasn't enough. Effect on sleep was minimal (though the grogginess was gone). What works for me is daily rotations through the week - 1 cap/2 caps /1 cap - which I record on a calendar. (The gel caps go down easily too.) This herbal does not "put me to sleep" or even make me sleepy. (And for me seems to make no difference whether it's taken an hour or 2 hours before desired rest.) Neither does it keep me asleep. However, it seems to deepen slumber — on occasions when it occurs. Zyflamend's strength, I feel, lies not in one herb but the synergy of its many. This is good. The herbs feel of quality and clean and resonate with my body. Definitely better than other products tried but it's not a magic pill for this severely sleep-deprived gal with insomnia! However, it's having some positive effects, does no harm and for that is worth keeping on board … in the quest for a sighting of that elusive snow leopard named sleep!

Hi , i love this brand and this product. every night after dinner i take this and im off to sleep at bedtime with no problem,. which says alot from someone who doesnt sleep much due to pain all over and discomfort. It doesnt make me drowsy or leave me with any effects where i cannot function. Furthermore, it has never bothered my stomach and i take pain plus muscle relaxers as well from time to time. I like it for its sleep ingredients and anti inflammatory properties and its natural. What can I say, it works well for me, happy i found it on Amazon. :0

This product has helped me stay asleep. My REM is terrific when I take it and my dreams are very vivid. I still have to take a melatonin or benadryl to go to sleep, but I sleep so sound when I take it. Ithe works well for me.

This is just awsome! Before i received this product i just took 3mg of melatonin before bed and i though it was working fine but it obviously was not! I sleep like a rock now! It suggests you take two but i only take one. I have always struggled with getting to sleep and even once i got to sleep it never felt like a was in a deep sleep. I am so glad i gave this product a try!! It is easy to swallow with no aftertaste. This sleep aid is awsome!!

Had the most beautiful spiritual experience with this supplement years ago when it was called Zyflamend PM. I truly felt like it was the Holy Spirit. The most amazing loving euphoric feeling head to toe. All I did after a fulfilling day of charity and focusing on Jesus’ message of “Love one another” was take this supplement, go to bed and as I was falling asleep I imagined what God looked like and pow, that’s when it happened. I will order again. (Went church hopping and truth-seeking for years after that- I think I’m closer to truth by looking inwards). Definitely calming and melts inflammation!
