My main disappointment was that I ordered a 3x as I wanted to size up so I could wear bulky shirts underneath, however, I was sent a 4x. Adding to the disappointment, when I went back none of the colors had 3x available. I did keep the jacket as my state has been having unusually cold temperatures and I didn't really have time to wait for a different jacket. With that being said, the ability to tighten the waist helped make it workable (which is another reason I kept it). Thus far (I've only had it about a week), it seems to be of good quality. It is very warm and comfortable, and the zipper glides very well. Seems to be a pretty good deal for the price, thus far.

This jacket is a beautiful color. Fabric has a soft brushed texture and silky lining. The fit is generous. Sleeves and coat length are long enough for a tall woman. This is a quality coat that is warm and well made. The fur on the hood is fluffy. Very pleased with the purchase.

It's very warm. Even in the minus temperature I was warm. It's a little too warm for me. I was sweating alot with it on. UT looks nice. Thd outer layer feels kinda hard and stiff. Fits me good. Has big pockets.
