This queen bed adjustable frame was very heavy to haul into the house and definitely took two strong people. From there it was relatively easy to assemble. The motor is very quiet and smooth. Much quieter than our older adjustable frame. Worth the price, just make sure you have help.

We initially ordered this from Home Depot but they lost the package. After waiting weeks for the new bed frame to arrive I canceled the order and reordered the frame with Amazon. Amazon did what they do best and they delivered the bed frame when I expected it. The massage feature is more like a light vibration but we absolutely love the zero gravity setting. Im pregnant and it feels so nice to have my feet elevated. I also started snoring recently so we sleep with the head of the bed at a slight incline and it definitely helps. Overall, this bed frame is heavy but it was easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and the features are easy to use on the remote control. We’re so glad we bought it!

We purchased this bed frame for our daughter's house for the times we visit. They have limited space so we figured a folding bed frame was the best option so it can be stored in a closet or garage when not in use. We have a folding memory foam mattress we used with it. The frame made it so much nicer to get off the bed instead of getting up off the ground. When either of my husband or I got out of bed the frame didn't move or make noise. I would definitely recommend this frame for ease of use, price and storage (about 3ftx3ftx8in. Size folded )(queen)

Pros: lots of adjustment, motors are quiet, USB ports are handy, led night light is awesome, easy set up and operation. Cons: very heavy, led night lights turn off after 5 minutes, legs not adjustable for base height, feels a bit wobbly when elevated-not a lot but enough to concern me about longevity without adding corner braces on framework.

I cannot stress it enough when I say that this Bed Frame is very heavy which at the same time makes it very sturdy in my opinion. I innocently ordered it for my master bedroom on the second floor of our home and inmediatelly regreted my decision when I went to retrieve the package from my front porch. It felt like gravity was teaching me a lesson. The box would not budge. I am 6 foot 260 lbs of brute testosterone but never have I struggled so much with a package as I did with this one. With a lot of applied physics, some towels, my pure muscles and the assistance of my 5'-2" wife, lol, I managed to take this box to the second floor of our home and set it up. It took about 90 minutes to haul it from porch to bedroom and 30 minutes to set it up. It works just as described. We even have an 11 year old memory foam mattress that is 12 inches thick and the vibration is felt nicely. I am very glad that there were no issues at all with the bed frame because if I had to return it I would have had a Heart Attack. Definatelly recommend it but make sure you have 2 strong people to haul this thing around or you will die trying.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy - but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly. We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it - just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong - the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it - it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment - the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker. So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) - big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly...but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Buyer beware on Nestl products.

This frame and a great mattress changed my life. After 40+ years on sleeping pills for a sleep disorder going to bed is now heavenly! Can sleep 10 hours with no meds. I wake up refreshed and feeling great. At 78 that is a miracle! You will be amazed at what a difference it can make. I elevate my legs the raise the head of the bed until there is a feeling of no pain. I did add a foam topper for extra comfort. I have recommended this to so many people. Have even let a few people try it out. They get to sleep on my Yorkie’s side of the bed. This has made a miraculous change in my life! My Primary Physician even got one when she saw the change it made for me. Love it ❤️
